Missing features
This review is for the app (not studio).
The app is missing a couple key features:
-it doesn’t tell you the billing cycle
-it doesn’t tell you the amount of “counters” each month.
-if you book an extra class, it will not notify you of the extra charge.
My plan was 8 sessions per month. It is use it or lose it. If you do more than 8, a $15 charge will appear in your bank, no warnings. Needs more transparency as these key features were left out to milk a little extra money out of you. Of courses you could ask them to check at the studio, but this is an inconvenience and these should be present in the app.
Pros:
The app was clear and easy for booking workout sessions. This is the most basic functionality that is needed of the app and it works.
As for the studio, it was great and instructors were high energy and fun. This was my first cross fit membership, so to a degree others may be similar.Show lessSuperCooper81

Really proud of what the team have done with this app. It’s a 3-in-1, offering users the ability to book classes, workout at home and get the nutrition dialed in for the F45 Challenge. Haven’t felt this many good vibrations since the early ‘90s…Mr Mark Wahlberg

Best Workout

Easy To Use
