I just wanted to say how I see the employees of FCB in person and onlineβ¦they are on top of things such as suspected fraud. They are always there to help. I wrote them late 1 night, when I got up the next morning (weekend) I had the answer I needed. Their commitment to excellence is 2nd to none. I really appreciate everything they help me with. Their support is the best! They go above and beyond for me. Thanks everyone

USELESS! Requires ios16 with no possibility for older version
FCB app will not allow you to use ios15 anymore. For older iPhones still in use, ios16 is not available. FCB will NOT allow you to use its app with ios15. No way to see account balance or pay a bill. A message telling you to update blocks your access. In the app store, they do not offer the ability to download an older version like other apps do. Obviously, it's some cheap, third-party developer, and FCB isn't smart enough to understand about backwards compatibility. For a small regional bank this is untenable. We're not buying new phones for the sake of one app! Shame on you FCB!

I love the many options that I have . They make things convenient and informative. The staff is second to none, always nice and always helpful.
Never shows the correct amount
My account is always glitching, never displaying the correct amount of money in app, it usually shows more/less than I actually have. Payments go through and it shows that, but the transaction disappears a few hours later and the amount I spent appears in the account even though it isnβt there. This app really needs some work, itβs so frustrating!!

Mobile Deposit
I am so thankful for mobile deposit. My work hrs. are business hrs. and it would be impossible for me to make deposits. Without it I would have to try to find somebody to run to the bank for me. Love the hassle free, peace of mind and convenience of this.

Need real time balance back
Like the app BUT wish they would go back to real time balances back! I used to love the app because I could open it and all charges were current and balance was updated. Now a charge can be pending several days before it actually shows up and is deducted. Not a timesaver-May as well go back to the old way of doing things and call in and balance my acct by phone :(

My current balance isnβt never right
Says one amount then log back in another totally different amount also make purchases the purchase never shows up have the time and never lets me know what my total balance is after each transaction specifically paying bills and not know what is left then takes days for my account to update to know what I have in my account
