Mobile deposit
Don’t like it took 3 days and a phone call to get deposit set up….said pending approval for deposit for 3 days
Took 2 phone calls and then holding for 15 minutes 2 times for it to get set up cause they were short handed and busy 😳
Sure wish the branch manager had mentioned the delay, I would have started sooner than I needed it.
She’s said it was a quick and easy process…..it was neither. She’s been wrong about so very many things E
Functionality appears to be great….
Setup….less than stellar and without a branch geographically closed not ideal….

Apps great.
The local branch has not been up to the same level. Might need a change in personnel. A friendly smile goes a long ways.
