Unreliable
App's crashing when I open it, so I couldn't unlock my bike. Tried turning my phone off and on. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Still crashed. Had to leave my bike in San Fransisco overnight and catch a Lyft. Not sure how I'm going to retrieve my bike if the app's still crashing tomorrow.
