Updated Version is HORRIBLE!!!
Took a while to reestablish all the connections. The app crashes constantly and usually get the message “connection failed”, even though my connection is fine. The new user interface is very clunky and not intuitive and you have to click many times just to get to the screen you want. If I could give this zero stars I would. BRING BACK THE OLD APP UNTIL YOU CAN GET THIS ONE RIGHT!!!!
In addition, the updated iOS app will not allow me to view my Annke cameras over LTE. Previous app would work over LTE. Please revert to previous app since it was so much better.

SUPER EASY & FASTA
This system is truly made for your everyday house or business.. simple to install and sinple to operate and the app is super easy to use not to mention they have a legit U.S phone number that you can call directly for any technical issues you might run into and the operators are super super friendly, I highly recommend this to everyone who’s in need for a good surveillance system..

Definite room for improvement!
If you want to just view the images/footage remotely through an app, anywhere in the world, this is fine. However, I bought 2 cameras following a burglary, as I wanted to set a schedule for when I’m not at home. The cameras/app keep forgetting the time zone that has been set, and as a result the schedule is constantly out! I reset it, and within a day or 2, it’s gone from UTC, to UTC +8. I could just change the schedule to work on UTC +8, but then the time would be incorrect on the footage if I needed to use it as evidence in future! So proving VERY frustrating, and practically useless for me.

Need help!
trying to set up my annke sparkle 1 camera. qr code is "unrecognizable" and i don't know what the 9 digit serial number is. my camera shows an id but its numbers and letters and it only lets me enter numbers. Tried to contact support but link sends me to a site that is not English!
Manually adding the cameras every time????!
It looks like they fixed must of the issues other ppl are complaining in here, bc I don't have a single problem about the app except that every time I open it I need to add my cameras manually like it was the first time! VERY ANNOYING! Been talking to their customer services by email and they keep trying to convince me that the problem its me when obviously there are different users here complaining about the same thing!

Worked perfectly on first attempt
Perhaps I got lucky, but I don't understand the negative reviews. The camera and app worked perfectly right out of the box. All I did was follow the simple installation instructions and it was up and running in under five minutes. So far I'm quite pleased with this camera as well as the mounting hardware that came with it

5 star reviews are fake
Look at the user names, likely all from the products company. Nobody would name their account like they have. Onto the device. Doesn't work. Didn't send with Ethernet like the box says. No instructions, like the box says.
I'd bet if it worked it would be a great camera. The last version was amazing, then sucked, then it got okay. Motion recording doesn't work any longer but I'd imagine this camera could be a good one if it worked.
