Garbage
Teleprompter works but the video editor is trash... renders poor quality videos and takes forever and the sound adjustment is a total mystery. Don't waste your money.

I have been using the app for a day only, and the tech support has been very helpful with setups and explaining some of the features!

Trying to unsubscribe
I just downloaded this up, opted for 7 days free trial.
Played around to see what is offered, and didn’t like
it.
I went to unsubscribe from my apple subscription and it want let me do it!!!
I contacted app customer support and it was worthless as if they didn’t care less with useless information.
I needed to restart phone in order to unsubscribe.

Love it but disappointed
Am disappointed they have not made the effort to make it into floating notes ( a deal breaker for those who need to record in other apps) no green screen ( like in Instagram) and most of all, not compatible with AirPods… if they had this three it would be the perfect al. Would love to change the rating but left with no choice after being a client for so many years, with hopes they would include these changes

Saving problem
I’d give this a five star but for how many times I’ve wasted hours with this app losing scripts. It doesn’t auto save and even if you hit “save” thinking you saved it, if you happen to move out of the app without realizing that you didn’t title your script, it’s all gone. It doesn’t save unless you filled in the title box. Spend an hour perfecting a script hit the save button thinking you’re safe only to find that because you didn’t title it it saved nothing. A serious flaw in the design.
It’s amazing to me that an app like this isn’t auto save just as with Notes or so many other apps that involve text. At a minimum it should allow you to save by hitting the save button, whether or not you gave the script a title.

Great Product & Awesome People
Product delivers what it promises. Video quality comes out good and the help desk team is helpful and engaging.
Can’t remove my account
Not the right app for me but now I can’t remove the account or the app. It says free trial but I am worried they’re going to bill me it says to cancel my subscription but it is not listed. Very confusing and I don’t trust this app. I have emailed their tech support but won’t hold my breath.
The app kept shutting down a lot
When I bought this app I was happy with until I appgrade it and I pay full price with full version,it gave me very paf time use it it shutting down a lot I send them multi message they waste my time and now I want my money back if they not fix the problem!!!!!
Great product, awful support
The app is really beneficial and unique in that it's not only a teleprompter app, but a video editing app as well. However, it does sometimes quits suddenly and the log-in system is not set-up officiently (Logging in via Apple on the mobile device becomes problematic later-on when logging in via the desktop). Other than that, it's a user-friendly service. My biggest critique is the customer support. Upon having technical issues and glitches, no one from support was able to assist me and ignored my pleas to escalate the matter further. The responses were like scripted responses that didn't really acknowledge my concerns, or they would offer a solution that I had already mentioned attempting. That is quite frustrating when you are looking to an app to create ease in the experience and becomes more agitating and frustrating 8 emails in.
