Great concept. But unreliable
The concept is brilliant. But the technical aspects of the app are sorely lacking. Script writing and import are easy. Recordings, easy and has some great editing features like the ability to Zoom in and out on specific portions of your video. And the ability to select which words you want highlighted. But when trying to edit the beginning, ending or anywhere in between. It just buffers endlessly. Even shutting down and re-opening the app doesn’t work. And the converting time - recording to video takes forever. I’d gladly pay again if it worked as advertised. (I purchased the 6-month option). The app is quite promising, but I don’t need promising. I deserve what I paid for.

You will be subscribed to their email list without being asked and will never be able to take yourself off of it!! They send multiple emails per day and they are all spam.
Customer service is bad and I can’t cancel service
For the last few days I have been trying to get customer service to help me with an issue I was having with their application. I could not login with my email account on my IPhone. Using their chat on the site, I waited several hours for a human response. I tried for 2 days and nothing accept an email saying to many conversations were going and they would send a follow up message. Nothing happened, no one responded properly, and my question was not answered and now I’m so frustrated with the lack of service I am canceling my subscription . Oh, but wait,,, there’s more. The instructions for canceling my subscription said go to my profile and unsubscribe!!! Only there is no link to unsubscribe!!! Nothing!!! I can’t even delete my credit card information. No way to stop it.

Terrible
Could not record. The teleprompter skips and doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time and money on this.
Not working
This app was great initially when I started using it over a year ago. However now it has constant crashes while I’m using it I have to stop start over the screen just goes black it just shuts down this is ridiculous! Can’t seem to get a response from Big Vu on how to troubleshoot the problem. Was a great app in the beginning but unless I can get a response to my multiple questions I may have to look for another resource when it comes to a Teleprompter

STOP SENDING ONE MILLION EMAILS A DAY
If you love getting 16 emails a day from the same group with the same info and the same layout with a different graphic, BIGVU is for you! And lucky for the buyer, the app will work 50% of the time, even! A heck of a deal and the only cost is your sanity in emails. Customer support is just as on brand - a chat message takes 10 mins to get a reply. l and there is so resolution to the concern. I really really love their tenacity: although I have unsubscribed a handful of times, they won’t take no for an answer! I downloaded this app for 5 mins, found it didn’t work as advertised, deleted the app and now I literally can’t get off their email list.

Terrible app
Unstable app that keeps crashing. Music selection is awful. Elegant text? Boring. Subtitles take way too long to load compared to competitors. Can’t seem to move the subtitles. Too many subtitles are often incorrect, which means too much time wasted to manually fix. Not user friendly at all. What a waste of money.

Love the app but hate the glitches
So I love the app. It’s GENIUS. However yesterday I recorded 4 videos but it got deleted from my account today. I lost the work. Also when I upload to Instagram it glitches. It works fine with TikTok & YT short. Did I lose the videos because I am using the free version ? Kindly help. I absolutely love the app & I want to continue using it. Thanks

Good teleprompter but lacking video adjustments
I like the program, but I see no way of adjusting the video resolution other than 720, 1080, or 4K. Not only do you have to pay more for 4K even if you have no plans to store on their servers, but you can’t change the frame rate. So the lights in my office flicker. They don’t if I film 24 fps, but you don’t get that option, despite apple giving it to you in their camera app. I canceled the subscription due to this. If you are charging over 100 dollars a year, you should allow complete control over video and audio.

I was using it a lot. But few times faced the same issue - no sound on a final
Recording. So you read your text and in the end you realize there is no sound recorded. Unacceptable. Before I’ve caught this bug just few times. Last time I was unable to record sound even once after four different attempts. Unacceptable. Finally moved to anther teleprompter.
