Great teleprompter but unusable for longer videos
Editing captions for a video of 15 minutes is IMPOSSIBLE and takes FOREVER. The app both on iPhone and laptop keeps crashing, playing the video randomly, not reactive and not saving your progress! If it actually worked as it should, this app would be amazing. I hope the developers team will improve that soon...

BIGVU tech support is awesome!
The small nonprofit organization I work with uses BIGVU to caption our videos and add extras like our logo and music to the videos we share on our social media accounts. Itโs ease of use in both the app and desktop is what initially drew the organization to choose BIGVU and invest in a paid account.
Recently we ran into some issues with captioning and the support team worked with me throughout the week to find a fix. Very happy that we are up and running again! Theyโre constantly updating to making things user friendly and I speak for my entire board when we say that weโre grateful.

Great but...
This app is definitely something Iโve been looking for a while now. Itโs really good and well built. I do wish however that the subscriptions were cheaper, and have the option to record 4K60fps both front and back since iPhones are capable of that. A part from that everything is great!

Absolutely Amazing.......but
This is the app you want for a Teleprompter!
But I really really really really hope that they fix the refreshing problem that occurs when you have to go out of a mobile device back into the app. It is just way too easy to lose a script that you were working on if you just so happen to check another app briefly. The entire app will just start all over from scratch. To their credit THERE IS a save button but if you are a creative person and you start brainstorming a new script and you inadvertently go out of the app for just a second, all of your magic is instantly gone . This is my second time sensitive project that has been pushed back because of a screen time out or checking relevant information to bring back into BIGVU

Awesome app for presenters and actors!!!!
I had been recommended this app a long time ago, but hadnโt used it until a couple of days ago..... WOW, it has blown me away with all its functions, but also their customer care is fantastic!!!!
I am embarking on a new acting path, and needing to make self tapes for castings. This app is exactly what I needed!!! Iโm not great at remembering lines at quick notice, so this is great to use with the teleprompter mode to remind you of lines! I also used the green screen background function, which worked amazingly! I was having trouble understanding how to load the different backgrounds, ( Iโm a bit of a technophobe!) and messaged the support team who replied so quickly! They can send you step by step guides whatever your issue! So helpful, for people like me!
The finished result was superb! I have shown the video to lots of people, and they cannot believe how professional it looks and that it was all done on my iPhone!!!
In this day and age, where actors/presenters are asked to film audition pieces at home to submit to casting directors, this app is a must have. It will save you so much time and will give you such a professional result.

One concern
I absolutely love this app. But my only complaint is that it will not automatically save your updates to script. When the app closes it automatically erases everything you typed if you donโt hit the save button. If you could update that feature this would deserve 4stars in my opinion. Itโs very aggregating when it shuts off and you have to start all over again even when shooting video. When that is updated Iโll give it four stars.

Excellent video making but will not let me add my business details
Signed up for this app and while it is brilliant at making the videos, I signed up for a yearโs membership but every time I add my logo and business card and press save the video, it keeps taking you to the sign up membership page, then states your already a member, but will not allow you to proceed..... so annoying otherwise it would be perfect

Lots of functionality in this one app
Iโm delighted to have discovered BigVu - one app can do so much. I can bring in a team of video editors to my workspace - I can add captions to my videos... send little video messages to my clients by using the video page- Plus I love the teleprompter function- the best Iโve used so far!

Expected better
I find this really hard to use. The video kept automatically ending before I had finished recording, the captions are really inaccurate and editing of these is not at all intuitive or easy. In fact I still havenโt figured it out. I worked out how to add segments but they arenโt translating correctly across and keep resetting to the original erroneous version.

Good Concept, too much trouble
I have never a give low rating, but since I bought this based on the ratings, I thought I should. This app is actually quite impressive at first. Itโs got everything you could ever need, and could provide seem less video, but I cannot get it to upload from my phone to anywhere else (changes or no changes). I have tried 2 videos one was a 3 minute video, and another was a 6. Either way it took hours (and I have fast internet) to upload from the app (and heaven forbid you do anything else on your phone because if you do, you start alllll over), and then cuts off in the end. Each time it does this, I have to start over. From the computer, it does take a while, but it works better. Unfortunately my computer webcam is not great. From the app, Iโve had nothing but issues with getting it to go anywhere (with or without changes) off of the phone.
