Disappointed Immediately
I was so excited at first to download this app. Then I saw even if I paid such a really overpriced amount to subscribe for only SIX months, the highest thing it unlocks is just under an hour. That is absurd. I would rather use a separate program or device from my phone than be controlled and limited by an app. This is a serious design flaw right off and I have no interest in the hassle. I am into limitless, thanks. I will decide myself how long I want to take to make my own videos and content, goodbye! I deleted it right after I had installed it when I was hit with that little bomb of information.

Good but needs major improvements
Despite upgrading my membership, that bigvu logo would not come off my video and I had to crop it out myself. Also, the video editing performs poorly. I only added music and a logo to an 80-second video and the app just completely struggled to render anything. Great idea in principle but there needs to be a smoother user experience.

Hard to use
As a first time user I’m funding this app really hard to use.
Do not waste your money
It said it was a free trial and then charged me $37AUD which is criminal. The app didn’t even work. When I recorded, it would stop recording and then disappear. I did all the usual troubleshooting but nothing. Was only partially refunded - worst experience I’ve ever had with an app. Beware!

Amazing application
I have used many different platforms and software to create and share video content, but none have been as easy as Bigvu. It’s very simple to use but very effective in so many ways. Fantastic concept backed up by really great design.

Minor issues with app after a few uses
So,
I noticed after a week of using this app that the teleprompter speed does not keep the same momentum through out my speech. For example I will choose 160 WPM or 170 and at random it slows down or speeds up. Next, I wish that it could connect to Instagram more effectively then the just social links. When I do that Instagram for some reason isn’t compatible. Lastly, once I upload a video longer than 1 min, it won’t allow me to share it any where else so it’s kinda defeating the whole purpose of helping me talk to my viewers without cutting up scenes looking choppy. Hopefully these things can be fixed soon or I’ll just have to go to another app with better features.

I can’t read it unless up so close that the video is distorted

Not good.
This app lags a lot. No matter how much I speed up the timer. At some point it really starts to slow down. Upon exporting the video to my camera roll of saving to the cloud the voice doesn’t properly sunk with the videos and it looks completely off. I’m a bit upset for having paid for the full rear and being stuck with these problems. This app came highly recommended. I’m using it with a new phone with tons of free gb space so I don’t understand where the lag is coming from. I’d rate better if this is fixed. I’m in a deadline to turn in work and stuck with a bad vid 😢

No audio
I was so excited to use this app. I love everything about it. It’s so much better than every other teleprompter app I’ve used and I’ve used a lot. But I recorded my whole video only to find there was no audio. I checked my permissions. I checked my mic worked in another apps. I tried record with every setting changed. I did like 20 takes. Some have audio some don’t. With no discernible reasoning as to why some work and some don’t. Totally sad because otherwise this app rocks. But it’s useless without sound…

Perfect!
I’m so glad I came across BIGVU! It perfectly has addressed our needs for the new Digital format that we as a Church have gone. The Customer Care is “top shelf,” as well; they scheduled a thirty minute Zoom Conference to address any questions that I’ve had! I couldn’t recommend them more highly! Thank you, BIGVU Team!
