Please be aware that if you lose your phone or it is stolen with thie service, you will lose any funds on your account. I logged back in to my over three year Skillz account after my phone was stolen, and reported that my funds were not there.
I was asked to provide proof of the payments, which I did. I was then told that they show no transactions were made on or to my account since 2018.
I sent several pictures of $195 worth of deductions that were posted on my account as Skillz * Esports, just from the present back to Saturday October 26th.
I was still informed (WITH PROOF) that they were unable to find the transactions and asked if it was paid through ApplePay because they have a different process that they would need to further look into if so.
I then gave them the last four of my Apple Wallet account and they still told me that I hadn’t spent any money since 2018. I feel defeated and have never been treated such away while provided the requested information. I felt as I was being called a liar, and was being treated as though I was the thief.
Please beware of this service! We as people are unable to control facts of life, that some people rather steal than work and earn things.
If at anytime you agent another phone or something happens to your last phone, be ready and willing to lose any funds that were added to your Skillz account. I pray this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Please just be aware!!
