Very disgusting app
This is a very useless app, I won’t even advise my enemy to use the app. My money has been frozen and I can’t be able to withdraw from the app. Even after series of debits.. this is the worse app I’ve ever used. Please don’t go near this nonsense application if you don’t want to loose your money them. They designed the app just to scam people.

Bad app to rely on
Very useless app, knows how to accept money but won’t let you send out ,should be banned ,they are doing it on purpose ,you can’t even speak to a customer representative rather you get automated AI who can’t provide anything .ps don’t ever use it for business

One of the best apps i’ve ever used !!
Account blocked
Signed up for this and after a few days my card suddenly started to be declined. I then tried to log in only to see a notice that my account had been blocked. I was then unable to log in or access my money for well over a month, before finally receiving an email saying my account would be activated for 4 days to enable me to withdraw my funds before then becoming blocked again. Although I did eventually get my money back the whole experience was stressful and bizarre - at one point I contacted support and a customer support agent replied in an entirely different language that I had to use Google Translate to translate! If you’re in the UK and thinking of giving AstroPay a try… DON’T!

Has no way to contact customer service when money is missing
There's no way to get hold of any customer service to resolve issues.
I emailed their support address (as that's what their website tells you to do) but then got an automated reply telling me to fill in a form on their website instead... And so on.
No response via their webchat.
The social media links at the bottom of their email (e.g Facebook and X) just go to the main page for each website (which is odd as that is standard scam email behaviour).
My initial impressions are not great (particularly for a company expecting me to trust them with my money)!
I note that "This company’s TrustScore is currently unavailable due to a breach of Trustpilot’s Guidelines." Looks like they'd be buying fake reviews try to prop up their score. Dodgy!
Seems like they are having some issues. Might be wise to steer clear for the time being.

My experience with this app has been a terrible one. I was introduced to a betting platform which uses AstroPay as means of transferring money into and out of the betting platform.
I am able to make deposits through AstroPay into the betting platform but I can’t withdraw my winnings. When money falls into my AstroPay account, I’m not allowed to withdraw it into my local bank account and not even through crypto currency. When you contact customer support nobody responds. So I have my funds locked up in AstroPay as at now and it’s very frustrating. I have mailed them and there’s no response over two weeks.
