Horrible, favoring opponent all the time
I had this app for a few days only. I love backgammon. I play backgammon almost 20 yrs so far with apps or with real people on the board! This app is NOT good at all. This app is very very annoying. This app is horrible. This app favors the opponent of you, so, you can get annoyed and continue to play. This app kills the joy cause nobody can not be that lucky. My opponents keep rolling doubles many many times, always get the perfect dices. I don’t get any good dices doubles whatsoever. Many games, I try to go back in the game, rolling and waiting, with many slots open at my opponents’ side of the board. Guess what, I can’t roll even a good dice. I wait forever.
When it’s my opponents turn, he waits max two turns, gets perfect dices, even when there is only one spot to get back the game. Doubles and perfect dices only to my opponents and I mostly loose. I win one game and then I loose 20. Why? My opponent gets doubles, 4s, 5s, 6s, in a row, many times and ‘right on the spot’ dices, while I get bad dices. How my rolls 85% bad but opponents’ rolls 98% great? Not a fair game. I probably play with AI not even a real person. I got very dissatisfied with this application and go back to my old backgammon app soon.Show lessBukuleta

I’ve been playing this app for awhile. It has beautiful graphics but totally same game all the time. If there are real people playing on this app it’s hard to tell with the heavy handed bots controlling every aspect of the game. The bots try to destroy you with exact rolls and then you get typically blocked and have only one move. It is the MOST UNREALISTIC backgammon game out there. Find a friend to play with instead of using this app. I think often of the game developers and wonder if they are trying to get people to hate backgammon? It seems they are intent on creating a negative experience when you just want to play a few games to unwind. How can you unwind when you are entering into a unfair game from the start? I finally figured out that actually they are all bots with a real person playing once in awhile. No one wants to play a unfair game to have fun. I mean that’s the point right? The point is to have fun and improve your game? How can you do that when the game already knows it’s next move. So my advice, identify the bots and let people know when they are playing the machine. I feel like I’m playing the same game every time I can predict their moves cause it’s just like the last game. THIS GAME COULD BE SO MUCH BETTER BUT it’s not. The house always wins. Mr developer please ex plain to me why in the past 15 games that I got beat in the fourth qua retro by opponents doubles when I was ahead. Oh yah it’s the luck of the game. Anyway could you calculate the probability of that happening. When are you going to be fair and not take the 30% when I win. Try, making it 0 vig. I’ll bet your sales go up.. watch my math. I win 3 games in a row on the 1000 play and I start with a 1000. I have 3100 chips. I won 2100 chips and now have 3100 chips. Now I lose 3 in a row. I lose 3000 chips and left with 100 chips can’t eve play. By the way who gets the 1800 my opponet and I lost while playing even. You didn’t respond to my questionm. I would call your response “sent stupid the bed bug letter”

Please tell me the probability of an opponent inn last 15 games rolled a minimum of w doubles and triple doubles in the 4 th section of the game. Sand have you considered being, why do you not remove the 30% take away from the winner. Vegas does to make a small profit. I asked why was it that whenever I have the advantage in the 4 quarter my opponent comes with 3 to four doubles to win and twice today I had a the 3 & 2 and fhrew a 4 and 1. I really suspect your games are rigged. And you haven’t bexplained how I left a game in disgust before. It was over and when I checked in a day later the game was still there and I went on to win. You guys are bad. But you must be making money of the poor suckers who pay for a game that takes a vig of 30 percent. Vegas only takes a ten percent vig on football. If you one of the suckers whose giving these clowns money send me your email address I sell a stake in the Brooklyn bridge and the Statue of Liberty
All your answer tell me is either you don’t know your system or your saying something that has little or no truth to it. I’ve been playing backgammon for sixty years or more and never have i experienced losing in the 4 th quadrant so consistly due to multiple doubles (usually three) I believe your vig of 30 percent goal is to keep 50 percent winners buying chips. Hey Sicilian Cook, We can assure you that our dice are based on RNG (random number generator) therefore each dice roll is completely random. The outcome isn’t predictable and depends solely on your skills and strategy. Wishing you plenty of good luck🤞Fun but I’m realistic
You’ve seen it here before. The most unrealistic computerized algorithms. It’s almost laughable. You definitely have winning streaks and losing streaks. When you’re on your losing streak just walk away and wait 24 hours. It seems to generate one day on one day off. You may win one out of every 10 games. And if you take a lighthearted approach you will laugh when they get five doubles in a row. You might cry when the only move that they have to land on you pops up three different times in the same game?If you play long enough you can pretty much guess what the computer is going to roll for your opponent. It’s really obvious when you’re playing in the novice player doesn’t know what they’re doing, and the rolls they get are perfect But they don’t know the moves to use them. It comes up multiple times. Take it for what it is. Have fun but when you’re see yourself losing, put the game away don’t spend money. I think that’s what they’re hoping for is to frustrate the player until they lose everything and they purchase more. I repeat!!!
Absolutely do not coins here. You will lose them guaranteed!! I will be up 2 the 3 million. And even playing conservatively. You’re losing streak the punishes your account to zero. Its a shame they can’t even hide it. I have been playing backgammon since I’ve been young and am very good at it, except in this game Every time you leave a blot, it gets hit. Early game they are given perfect rolls to form a prime. If you are winning in the end, they accept doubles (even when in an obvious losing situation) and get multiple doubles and perfect rolls to hit blots/win. It’s nearly impossible to replicate that in real life the things that happen in this game. If you are forced to leave a blot, you are guaranteed to get hit and more than likely they already have a prime. It’s incredible. They don’t even hide it. Only reason I gave this two stars instead of one is because they give you numerous ways to get coins to play again. But then again, whats the point of getting them just so you can lose to the reasons above. Its a shame. Not even fun. Go buy a board and play with some friends before playing this game. It will cause you more stress and question your skill at the game. Skill is invisible here, just rigged “luck”Show lesschrisipp

I’ve been playing backgammon for more than 60 years and then that time I’ve actually entered and one international competitions Play this game enough, and you get to understand the innate importance of the probability bead that exists within the confines of the game In this version that doesn’t exist The folks who designed this game, I’ve decided to keep a balance between the wins and losses for every player Whereas if you take a look and find me that your win percentage is 50% or thereabouts, it will probably never be greater than that Unless, of course, you really don’t understand the game at all I play anyway because the time listen a good way to pass sometimes but it’s also frustrating because so many times I have outplayed my opponent and anticipated losing the game actually calling the roads that are about to come up for that Player I’m not talking about one random lucky guess I’m talking about calling 60 to 70% of the outcomes of the rolls No, either I have garnared some real psychic abilityOr if they’re having played several thousand games on this board, I have discovered the pattern that they’ve built into This version of the game I’d love to hear from other people who have figured this out as well From anyone who has had a winning percentage that far exceed 50% on a continual basis Whoever is responsible for this ,shame on you!Show lessNew Sun Do Sensei Ron

They are straight up stealing on this site. Explain this…I lose a $60k game and they take $90k in coins. Then today I get gammoned on a $60k game and they take $180k, not $120k like it should be. If a player whose name starts with PL asks to double, YOU WILL LOSE THE GAME. This game is comically rigged. I have seen it before but now it is so obvious. I’ve been four points away from the final Ace jackpot in the royal riches game and I cannot win a game to advance. I have lost over 19 in a row just trying to get to the point of winning the final jackpot. 19 in a row. Even the worst player can win a game at some point. In the collection round I can be up by eight chips and I still lose. If you have a single empty slot in the collection round you will roll that number every single time so there’s no way to collect two at a time while the other person catches up and wins. If a player needs to get a certain combination of numbers to defeat you, they will get them every time no matter how random or difficult it should be. As soon as your competitor offers double, even though you are ridiculously ahead, they will get every single combination they need to hit you and then fill in their board so there’s no way that you can win the game. I know that they’ll come back and say it’s random dice - it’s not. That’s a lie. NEVER NEVER NEVER spend any money on this site.Show lessTchdwnZ71

I have been playing on this app for years. Be sure you will ultimately lose any coins you have, whether you purchase or buy them. Funny how opponents pictures always look like they were snipped from a magazine ad. I can spend money on coins and win a few games but in the end I will lose it all. It has gotten so bad that I can predict the rolls the opponent will get. And if you have over 2,000,000 coins chances are very good you will be gammoned repeatedly until your coins are gone. You will get horrible rolls and your opponent couldn’t wish for better rolls! It is so obvious and the developer doesn’t even try to spread out the gammons. And beware, just when it looks like you may finally win a game your opponent will not only get out of their bad situations, but they will roll double 6s and double 5s multiple times in a row to seal the win. It is disgusting. Oh, and if you win coins the game keeps about 10% for themselves, but if you lose, you lose 100% of your bet. If you want to use this app, stick to free coins and play the 1,000 coin room. Don’t look for dopamine here.Show lessKimmmJjj

The latest upgrade has brought back the bad dice. So many oddities that I can’t list them all but here’s a few: - about 80% of the time you land on the bar you roll double sixes and can’t get off the bar - if a puck is orphaned it is almost guaranteed to get hit with the perfect roll; e.g. entire points are covered and only exposed puck requires a 2 / 6 combo and it happens on the first roll - if you are on the bar and opponent has a puck exposed and you need a 3 to hit it - you will roll let’s say a 3 / 6 so to get off the bar you have to use the 3 and therefore can’t hit your opponent and then the only remaining move is a 6 which exposes your puck which then gets hit by your opponent on the next roll Bottom line this game is totally rigged and I know the response I will get is about using approved algorithms with some fancy number - trust me when I say the approval authority is corrupt or you are totally lying. Previous version was fair but latest upgrade has ruined the game. Worst ever - only roll of dice that could beat me was double 4s - a 1 in 36 odds and of course it happened - total crap game if your not buying and spending money. And, if your winning they pair you with players that have no money so that when you do well and gammon the player you only get paid for a single win not a double.Show lessTrump - 2016
