Support Service Recommendations

In my opinion So Far Apple Support has some of the kindest, quickest, most patient, best quality, Customer Service Workers over the Phone & In App in The North American U.S. Region. They had My Phone Up and Working to the best of their ability in about 20 minutes from what I recall. Which is really good considering the past troubles I’ve had With trying to reach out to Apple Support. I thank Apple support for helping Me especially in my time of struggle, I appreciate it, Your kindness and support, It will not be forgotten. Thank you so much Apple. I don’t know what it is Apple does to have such a good quality company/corporation but I’d love to learn. 5/5 Stars Would recommend Apple Support services to anyone who needs Quality, Caring, Patient, Services.

What in the heck is going on with this apple

There is something very wrong after these iOS updates both iOS 18.1 and 18.2 I've never seen this before in all my years using iPhone the keyboard is totally vanishing from the iPhone there is no keyboard showing up on the screen whatsoever and even factory reset doesn't fix this issue there is quite obviously some sort of glitch within the iOS software updates and rebooting your iPhone makes the keyboard show back up again but it just keeps happening again and again

Apple is likely responsible for majority of mass shootings

I left my AirPod case in an uber and ordered a new one because I watched it get further and further away without the ability to contact the driver I decided to order another one. I ended getting my case back 45 mins later and called to cancel my case. They told me it would cancel and refund my money. 5 days later the case came and they refused to refund me. Now I lost an air pod without opening my new case, went to the Apple Store for them to tell no pairing with the old case. Also spent 4 hours on the phone trying to get refunded for my first Apple care since I paid for it again with the new case and they said they would refund the first one. Each representative telling me different things. Having to go back in the email for a receipt but my proof of purchase email wasn’t good enough to refund me $22. Now I put my serial number in for a replacement AirPod order and they sent a second generation to not match my first generation AirPod. Which costed $100 which means I’m going to spend another $100 because I’m already invested. I’ve probably spent 24 hours of my life dealing with Apple care, all of which I was so irritated with their absolute nonsense and clear reasons to rip you off as much as possible. I told myself I’d never buy an apple product again but after using Apple for so long I’m so used to it.

Clearing Safari history became unreasonably inefficient & difficult!!!!

Ever since iOS 17 or 18, it’s become a nightmare to clear Safari history and even worse when I need to turn “Block All Cookies” on or off. The update is insanely horribly designed. Please count how many steps it takes to go into Settings, then into Apps, then into Safari, then to block all cookies or clear history. Apple programmers cannot tell me that they don’t know it’s important for users to clear our Safari history multiple times a day especially prior to entering sensitive apps!! And we need to block cookies until a shopping website requires us to turn the setting off in for the shopping cart to work. But after we order that pizza, we need to turn the setting on to block cookies again. These Safari settings should be right on the top layer within reach. We should be able to access these Safari settings in Control Center or as a standalone widget with as few steps as possible. But noooo, Apple did it the opposite way, and made it even harder to access than before (which had already been no picnic for years). Now it’s just absurd and annoying. Please fix this!!!! Thank you!

Problem not fixed

Ive suddenly had an issue where my apple watch stopped allowing me to bring up apple pay double pressing the crown. Spoke to someone at support who looked at analytics but all showing ok. I was asked if i had apple care, which i do, and he said good as a repair would be cheaper for me? Not that a fault has been found. I havent even had this watch a year and i told him i shouldnt be paying excesses where the fault appears to be with the device not something to do with me. He debated this point, put me on hold and then after a few mins the call ended. No call back. I wont be getting another apple watch again thats for sure.

iPhone 13

So I just wrote a review and the cons of this phone is and this is a replacement phone for my insurance which costed $275 so if I don’t talk fast enough it’ll race that’s one one of the other cons. The insurance is extremely high. It should not be no matter how old or knew the iPhone is. I don’t care. It’s way too high and a lot of people can’t even afford that. Also I had a white iPhone. I woke up one morning plugged it in. I keep no food or beverages around it the screen was green, but everything else is working Siri phone calls everything I couldn’t use it. The guy that helped me was extremely polite, but he kinda didn’t know what he was doing. Long story short I wish I still had my white iPhone. I have no idea what happened to it. I also wish that since I paid 275 for a replacement phone which was refurbished and it says it on the box that I could’ve chose at least one out of two colors but other than that, I plan to switch either service as soon or upgrade my iPhone, and they won’t let me pay my iPhone off and lump sum of 100. I have 275 left to pay off to make it mine and I went to AT&T and they said I have to pay it all off at once I am not rich I can’t afford that so I’m very disappointed.

Massive step backwards.

You can no longer phone stores but you have this app that makes sorting support easy. When my Late 2019 iMac had its power fail I went on this app that already knew all my devices so I clicked on it, reported that the power supply was dead and it booked me an appointment to fix it. Two hours train trip later taking a crazy heavy iMac they told me they do not fix them and I should have to phoned them. When I asked there number they said they meant phone care who would know from serial number not supported told them the app already knew from my Apple ID the make as reported it. They then said well you could have said on phone it not powering on, said that’s what clicked on app. If this app just takes info and books with no idea of if it’s booking a service even offered what is the point of the app?

Screen Time

There needs to be modifications on screen time. 1) There’s no place to put an additional break / downtime. I would like to add this for school and homework time. 2) Also, I temporarily give my child additional screen time or late bed time. But I have to back and re-adjust it. There should be a place to grant this on a temporary basis (reward/bonus time) and then go back to normal times. 3) sharing location need to be fixed. I have it locked but my child is still able to share it. 4) the ability to lock settings via screen time, should be allowed …. My child has found how to make many setting changes. 5) Messages on screen time. In order for me (always allowed to communicate) to send a text message and my child be able to read it, I need to set messages to ALLOWED appl, however I want to limit who my child can communicate with. This needs to be corrected.

Impossible Patience

I am almost 80 years old and, therefore, did not grow up with an iPhone, iPad & the internet at my disposal. If it weren’t for the impossible amount of patience and understanding of the Apple Care folks I’d still be scratching my head. When I moved to Texas in 2011 I was wowed by my son’s iPad and wanted my own. Shortly after my Samsung phone was stolen in the Bahamas. I was afraid to replace it with an iPhone because I didn’t know how to use it. My son said if I could use my iPad, it was pretty much the same. As they say the rest is history. I now am up to an iPhone 13 pro and still have many questions. But I have my “friends” at Apple who keep me going. Thank y’all.

What in the heck is going on with this apple

After this iOS 18 updates I’ve experienced nothing but massive problems with all known web browsers and links to my subscription especially when they are turned on and there is no reason that this should be happening because these only been one unnamed web browser that works without any issues except it still won’t let anything to do with google or chrome or safari work you can’t even click on anything at all I have repeatedly signed into my Apple account and this newest iOS 18.1 where it shows sign in with your Apple account keeps saying that I haven’t signed into any Apple account this is just ridiculous what is going on with this
