    Have only used this app with my own ear buds or ear phones. It works great for that. Unfortunately, because the producer is in the EU, I have not been able to purchase other options stateside. I am also cheap, so waiting for a cheaper tapper (corded or not). If I can get a Bluetooth headset for $30...tappers shouldn’t be much more.

  • I love it!!

    I have been using the advanced lapscan from neurotek for a number of years. I usually have to sit in front of the lapscan so I can control it. With the Bluetooth I can sit in front of the client and watch them better. Clients that couldn’t do eyes with the lapscan can do it with this machine. Most of all I love the Bluetooth with no cords!
    It’s so much easier than the machine I had!

  • Tones Work Fine

    I’ve only used the tones, but it has plenty of speed of volume options.
  • Ok when it works

    This app is faulty and often does not work correctly. Unfortunately the product is only as good as the app since all devices are controlled by it. They do periodic updates but each one has its own errors and faults. Plus bug fixes are not happening quickly enough.
  • Best EMDR equipment available

    I purchased the EMDR kit following my EMDRIA basic training. The instructors only made mention and recommendations towards the classic equipment makers such as Neurotek. I was disappointed to see the options considering the prices and the fact that all of the equipment looked like it hadn't been updated since the 90's. So I couldn't believe that in this day and age it was the best people had to offer- especially as EMDR continues to advance! So I stumbled across the EMDR Kit 2 online and was immediately drawn to its innovative design and use of current technology, but even moreso the fact that it is app-based. This means that the product and features that it has when I purchase it will not be static, but that can continue to be updated and improved upon.

    Because of this potential, I decided to go for it- even though I knew it was a risk due to me not having any personal reviews and the flip side of innovation being the potential for bugs and poor technical follow thru (just because they CAN update the app doesn't mean they will). In fact, when I first received the product I had a couple big issues with it, being the inability to sync the bls, only having a timer rather than a count of the passes, and inconsistency connecting the pulsars. Dismayed I reached out to the developers and received the most excellent customer service from the outset. They validated my concerns, offered helpful suggestions, and informed me of current efforts to address my concerns in future updates- including offering specifics! They seemed to really value my feedback and take it to consideration.

    Since those initial concerns, I have seen three significant updates and I am VERY grateful to say that not only are they all resolved, but the app has made other big improvements including adding additional features!! I could not be more excited about this product and have better things to say about the developers! Thank you!!
