Another money grabber
I thought this app may be different and kept it on my phone for a long long time I looked at it a few times and thought it’s seems too complicated not intuitive at all! The fact that they’re asking for money right from the start for three day trial sounds ridiculous! Now time to delete!Ricardio
Music for the videos
Everything is great BUUUUUTT. THE issue I found is when it comes to adding music to your video even if your purchased the song on your iTunes they only allow certain songs in your videos. I can’t understand what ones are allowed and not allowed. It’s a random guess. You will get denied and sent to iTunes that gives you no help or resources on how to fix it or why you were denied. Then! If you are allowed to have a song instead of listing to it first with a short clip. They just add it to the video. Then you have to delete it and start all over again.
Next Is text. If you just want a quick text to pop up and show the name of a person in the video. You can shorten it to seconds. It will only do the whole clip or at least the clip that is short or your video.
I don’t even know who to contact to ask about the music part. There is no guidance. I hope somebody reaches out to me for helpShow lessBlack Ice Meiluta

Updated Review: After reaching out to support, they took care of making sure my lifetime support of the app was taken care of. Although, I still feel like the fact the link is inactive for members to click, I thank the team for fixing the situation for me.
Previous Review: I purchased this app long before they went to a subscription model and was told I would have most of the features being an early adopter. I hadn’t used the app in a while due to busy life at home during quarantine, but opened the app today to create something. I was prompted to upgrade to pro. Then when try and click the ‘Already a Member?’ link, it’s not clickable. It’s right where you swipe with your thumb so it’s impossible. I can't back a company that does this. I bought this app early on and have loved it. But like everyone else they’re now a subscription model. Bummer.typeandtimber
Wasn’t thrilled at the price tag.
Paying monthly for a subscription to use a camera is kind of dumb. Why not just have a pay once and use it, then add another for like those EXTRA features we may not want or use right at the start?
I used the 3 day trial and got charged for the monthly only to search all over for my subscription to cancel.

Absolutely Incredible
I’ve wanted to create videos for probably 2-3 years now, but never found the time. (I’d used FinalCut Pro & Adobe products before but they were too labor intensive for the kind of quick social media content I wanted to create.) Why are our purchases not locked with our apple account?
I have been a Spark user from around 2-3 years, it was too basic then but I picked it up. Now, I have upgraded from iPhone 6s Plus that I was using and I see that our early user purchases can’t be restored by clicking on “restore”.
Is it not possible to link our OLD app purchase to our apple account so we can directly restore previous purchases without requiring us to reach out to support even when we change our devices? This would make it so easy for your users who invested in your app many years ago.

I’m a new user but not new to social media at all. I have questions with format and layout. for example, when you’re editing, all images (video or imported pics) fill my screen the same. When I save or send to social media there’s a lot of space showing above the video and all the pics are cut off on the top. I get the logic but maybe the app could address scale while you’re creating. And who knows, maybe it does, but my email to support sent days ago has been met by crickets. I’m still looking for a great video app.Show lessdbdmurals
