Good but not great
When I originally installed this tracker it worked great. Over the last few months it has been slow to respond and there has been times when I could not find the vehicle. The process of looking up the past tracking information needs improvement. The menus area hard to deal with and could use some work. To look up tracking information from days past you have to put in the information but in order to change the the previous day it kicks you out and makes you start over. Very frustrating. I think the tracking needs work and the menus just need some tweaking. Overall it works, most of the time.

It works but expensive for what you get
This is a very basic system you can get detailed information on the location anytime you want, well as long as the system has battery power and signal. I wish it had a better backup battery as the battery only last about 20 or 30 minutes once they unhook the main battery. It would also be nice if you got more than just 1 text message when the system leaves the geofence. It would also be nice to be notified if the power is cut hence after it’s cut you got 20 minutes to get to the area or you will never find it again

Optimus Peace of Mind.
Like many people, we have a family member who has been “problematic”. Despite multiple warnings to leave the family alone, he made multiple attempts to come the family home. With the tracker secured to his vehicle, he was never able to surprise us. We always had the sheriff around the corner when we saw him coming and he was eventually arrested .

Great product
The performance of this unit is outstanding and I love the option to be able to change the GPS reporting intervals. I I personally use it for when I let somebody test drive a vehicle that way I don't have to ride with them and I can retrieve my vehicle if they were to not return it. Definitely recommend the magnetic case. If you buy the portable unit. Everything about this unit this very simple. They did a really good job putting the app together. I am very pleased.

OK for the price…works most of time
Does the job for what you get. The hardware installation was easy and has been very reliable. The app worked well but it no longer sends push notifications as it used to…can that be fixed?? Would really like to see more frequent vehicle position updates shown on app’s screen while the vehicle it’s installed in is in motion but perhaps it’s limited on the number of tracking waypoints it uses. Also another feature that could be useful is the ability to see your position relative to the tracker’s position on the map.

Tracking device
I got this tracking device because of my son so that way I can know where he at in a save way and is very good Iam glad I bought it but I won’t have it for long just need it for a short time

No real-time tracking, kind a dissatisfied with the services, very slow,although costumer service is very helpful and convenient, if they improve the system and fix the bugs I will have give 5 starts

Pretty good, few issues
Occasionally there are times when it doesn’t show location (it can be up to 3 times in a month) it will just freeze and and later will appear at the final destination.
Sometimes I get logged out for no apparent reason.
Overall it’s a pretty good app, wish it wasn’t quite so expensive. It would be cool if it had a discount for multiple vehicles rather than having to pay full price for multiple- especially since it’s not perfect.

Excellence
I own a company where tracking vehicles is very important. This device and software are excellent. Easy to install, easy to use, and very dependable and accurate!!! Highly recommend from use in a company down to keeping track of you family!!!
A must have !
I’ve been running with the Service now for almost 2 years. It’s great when your kids take your car you can manage where it’s at. You can see how fast they’re going someone steals your car you could find it. The alerts are fantastic, you know instantly, if someone touches your car or opens the door..Very happy with it you will not be disappointed it’s a must have in today’s world..
