Great app

This is a great app, with a variety of exercises to choose, I use this for creating my own workouts, the only downfall is there isn’t the ability to add your own exercises if they aren’t listed.

Basic and poorly made programs

Surely it’s free but they use the app to push publicity to make you buy their clothes. The quality of programs are as much as their clothes.

Amazing free app to help beginners like me been going to the gym for 6 months I’ve been making progress but not making my goals hopefully with a solid foundation to go of is exactly what I need to check off boxes 💪

Disappointed

Easy to use up front. Unfortunately, when I try to change my preset workouts, it’s doesn’t change. E.g adding more set to each exercise, then pressing save. Come back to the same workout, still says 1 sets for each exercise.

Disappointed, liked the app. Just doesn’t work.

A good app to write out routines and to find inspo when needed, only let down is some exercises aren’t listed so i have to put in something else and write notes to say it’s a different exercise

Very impressed

Wow, I’ve only had this app for the past 30 minutes….yet I’m already writing a review. This app so incredible, especially considering it’s completely free. The videos are very encouraging and relatable, and the workouts (yes, even the beginner ones) are rough! It lets you create your own workout plans using its massive library of exercises. It’s perfect for me. Also, I haven’t been met with any ads at all so far, so that’s a plus. Thank you gymshark team!

Edit: there was one review on the App Store about this app….said something about sharing your private info? One, I’m not really sure what they were talking about… two, this app shares the same stuff literally every other app/game does anyway, sooo…..
