Can’t login
It would be great if someone from Premera would confirm that they know that the app is yet again broken and users can’t login, and if there is a timeline for it to be fixed. I have to use a browser to find what I need, which is not a user-friendly experience. The app has worked for maybe two months since I’ve been a member. I would like to understand when this will be permanently fixed?

The app fix lasted barely two months…
For months, this app never worked and then in August there was an update that magically made it work. Yet now it’s September 16 and the app doesn’t work again. I can’t login and cannot access the app any longer. I add my login credentials and it’s a never ending loop asking me to login with my credentials. Thanks, Premera! Stellar technology as usual 👍

Wrong Location
When searching for urgent care locations the app keeps giving me provider locations in Seattle but I am in Pasco. I already gave the app permissions for location services and it show my location on the map in the app but it won’t show locations in my area, I have to use a regular browser to find urgent care locations

PLEASE FIX THIS APP
Please, oh please, fix this app! I have been unable to login for months now and the functionality for their website does NOT work on the phone. Even their browser desktop experience is bad. And some of the information I’ve needed states I have to find it IN THE APP. So I them I have to call Premera to get what I need. This is so ineffective and frustrating.

Is my data safe with Premera?
I get a text that I have an account notification, which I assume is regarding some approvals I need for testing and of course I can’t login via the app or the browser…this has happened before. Is Premera’s tech that bad? In the day and age where our data is always at risk, I worry Premera will be the next one targeted and my data will be subjected to scammers.

Submit Medical Claim
Why is it that I can submit a medical, dental or vision claim on the Premera web site, but only submit a vision claim through the app? I installed this app thinking it would help me stay organized and submit claims as soon as they arrive. Imagine: snap a photo from phone camera at the clinic or as soon as a claim arrives in the mail, submit, done!
Secondly why can’t I add my insurance card to Apple Wallet? That seems like a 1 day programming task.
Please add these features. Otherwise this app is kinda useless.

Log in issues
App always forgets my login information. I have log in with faceid turned on, but it forgets. When I try to enter my password, it uses faceid. But because it’s the iOS passwords function, the Premera logo pops up, preventing the app from being used. So the iOS faceid to enter password function can’t enter the password. And you can’t find your password and paste it, as the app won’t let you do that.

Unusable, Login credentials for employer-provided plan does not work
Premera apparently has multiple systems for account management, and therefore must have a separate system for managing login credentials for employer-sponsored health care. I can login with my credentials on with a web browser, but the app does not provide this functionality. My login credentials simply are not accepted on the mobile app. Completely useless app for me. I will have to settle with web-based access to my account.

Can’t even log in
Logging in on the website? No problem. Figured I’d get the app too, tried logging in: multiple rejections. I don’t want to get locked out so I go with the text scan option in case I keep making the same mistakes. Still getting rejected. Totally not worth it when it can’t even handle a simple log in.

Terrible app
Waste of my time—just like their website. Why is so difficult for some companies to create a user experience that doesn’t feel like it’s 20 years old?
