Needs Apple Wallet
Hey Premera,
When are you going to support Apple Wallet? I literally keep all my info there and it’s frustrating every time I look for this card and have to dig through a camera roll to find it. I really want this card in my Apple Wallet app! Come on, it’s 2018, time to be part of the Wallet App!

A useful and well made app
Very impressed with this app! It has all the information I want with a great design, and it's a solid app. I use it pretty regularly and have never had a problem. I'm glad to see that it's getting better too with lots of updates. Good job job Premera!

[Still] No Apple Wallet Card support
[Update] Another app update, still no Apple Wallet card support.
Adding Apple Wallet card support is super easy and every insurance company app has done it, including Aetna. Please fix this immediately. I want quick access to my card. Saving it to the camera roll is NOT an acceptable solution.

Nice app
Nice app from a user friendly and interface standpoint, but overall it is missing a lot of information that is key when searching for providers in network. If the search results become accurate I could give 5 stars. But this is only 1/4 of an app.
ID card, claims and more
I don’t have to carry my health insurance card in my wallet anymore! It’s also nice to have claims in the app so I dont have to wait for EOBs in the mail.

This is FAR better and more accurate than the normal website. Really straightforward and user friendly.
Can’t log on
Unable to rate fairly because the app will not let me in. It tells me to log onto the online account, which I can do quite successfully. But why not the app? No explanation, just frustration.
I appreciate your response asking me to email the details. I did that last week but nothing has changed. App is still inaccessible and thus worthless - as is your support!

Login Issues
I can no longer log in to the app. My Touch ID didn’t work and my user ID/password that works on the website does not work in the app.
