  • Unable to find doctors

    The app doesn’t let you search for doctors anymore to see if you’re in network, no matter what request you put in. Please fix; I am unable to figure what doctors are in network with my plan.
  • Finder simply does NOT work

    The care finder feature simply does not work. I know my doctors are in-network, but when young in their name or specialty and extending the search range to 100mi (which is WAY more than needed) it always displays 0 results. As this is essentially the key feature of an app like this, I gave one star because that feature simply does not work. Have to use their website, which is a PitA on mobile (as it uses pop-ups). Very disappointing as every other health insurance app I’ve used has been better. 😩😭

  • iOS wallet App

    Please add the option to get the Premera ID card to Apple Wallet. This is an iOS app and downloading a picture to the Photo app is not what the Photo app is intended for or what one would expect from the app quality of a reputable business like Premera. Thank you.

    We're really sorry for your experience. We don't currently offer downloadable EOBs through the app, however we do offer access to your claim details. Downloadable EOBs are still available on our website at Premera.com.   • Login Issues

    I’ve tried multiple times over the course of a few months to login on this app only to receive an error message saying my login information is incorrect yet I have no problem logging in through safari with the same credentials 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’ve tried looking for updates and deleting and redownloading but neither have worked

  • Does Not Work for Medicare Advantage Plan

    After hours of frustration, I finally learned that this app no longer works for Medicare Advantage plans. The person I spoke with did not know that. I would love to have a copy of my health insurance card in my phone, but the app will not work for my coverage.

    Perhaps Premera could restore that functionality before open enrollment for 2023 closes.

  • Sign in Broken

    I’ve been trying to sign in for three days and keep seeing an error of “its not you it’s us”. I can sign in on a browser without problem. I filed this same issue over a year ago and it has still not been fixed
  • Permanent Login Error

    I’ve been attempting to log into my app, but have continuously received this error pop up, “Something went wrong. It’s not you, it’s us.” I’ve performed all the troubleshooting steps to no avail. This is so frustrating that I’m only able to access my account via a browser instead of my mobile app.
  • This never work in my phone

    I have this app installed on my mobile, every time I try to sign in, it says there is a problem, it is not you it’s us and if I try in the browser it works perfectly. I uninstalled it many times and still not working.
  • Fall short

    It can take >1 month for submitted reimbursement requests to show up in the app.

    App randomly force you to enter password even if you asked it to remember and use faceId. This defeat the whole point of having the card let you see your insurance card cause you ll need it to reset the password.
  • Outdated directory

    Doctor information and location are out dated. No links to websites provided or even practice names. Have to google everything to see if it even still exists.
