Horrible user experience

You can only search for local doctors. I put in my home ZIP and I cannot press “search” anymore. Defaulted back to current location and search lights up again.
No ratings or reviews on doctors, so now I have to cross reference reviews for every practice.
This is only my first five minutes with the application.

We're really sorry for your experience. We don't currently offer downloadable EOBs through the app, however we do offer access to your claim details. Downloadable EOBs are still available on our website at Premera.com. If you wouldn't mind emailing us at MobileFeedback@Premera.com, we'd love to hear more details on what kind of information you were hoping to find. Perhaps Premera could restore that functionality before open enrollment for 2023 closes.
