Fall short

It can take >1 month for submitted reimbursement requests to show up in the app.

App randomly force you to enter password even if you asked it to remember and use faceId. This defeat the whole point of having the card let you see your insurance card cause you ll need it to reset the password.

Outdated directory

Doctor information and location are out dated. No links to websites provided or even practice names. Have to google everything to see if it even still exists.

Same issue as another user

Feedback times out after submitting an issue. Main issue with app is the keyboard or layout hides options on a scroll menu for searching down a list. This leaves 1/4" view for thumb scrolling and selection. However after selection is pressed, the enter or next tab on the keyboard is greyed out. This sends the user back to the last screen to try searching again since nothing can be selected properly with the keyboard. After a third try of closing and signing in I was finally able to select an option. However until there is a solution, this app renders useless, in my case.

App doesn’t work

“Something went wrong. It’s not you, it’s us. We are working to fix the problem. Please try again later.” It’s been like this for a few weeks. I restarted my phone, looked for updates, uninstalled and re-installed.

Complete Garbage. Won’t let me log in

I wish I could leave an actual review of the app but I can’t even log in. Tried password in my password manager. Didn’t work. Submitted password rest and went through all of the motions. Tried new password. Also didn’t work. Most likely password manager is generating password with symbols that the site/app doesn’t like, but it doesn’t tell me what those symbols are and let’s me reset password to a password that ultimately doesn’t work. Very frustrating.

Difficult to access

When I log in, it tells me my login is no good (even though it is). I have to them click the link to go to the website, and log in THERE. Once I do that, then it takes me back to the app to log in AGAIN, and finally accepts it. What a pain! If I have to go to the website anyway, then what’s the point of having an app?

Useless app and poor quality

Premera sent a letter asking for info and suggested I use the app to *easily* and *instantly* submit it. No further instructions given, so after install and sign-up I clicked through pretty much the entire app UI, still unable to find what I need. I don’t think there is a way to use the app for what Premera suggested I do with it.
I then try to send in-app survey feedback, and multiple times that module keeps freezing up on me as I type feedback, erasing everything I typed.

Need card in wallet

Can you please put the card in the Apple Wallet so it’s easier to immediately get to the information?
