Not accessible
I have been trying for over 2 weeks to login and this pop up displays “It’s not you it’s us. We’re working on the issue.” After 2 weeks I’m pretty sure there is a bigger issue than they think.
Horrible user experience
This app is horrible to use. I cannot log in even though my user name and password are legitimate. Gave up and used a browser to access my account instead. Deserves zero stars.
Need help creating an account
I put in my name, date of birth, identification number, last four digits of my SSN, create an account and then cannot sign into it. Please tell me how to do this correctly.

Piece of crap
Show the password and not just stars when making account.
Made one (or thought I did) finally and screen just closes. No confirmation or error message. Nothing. And Account not created.
Wonder how bad it is inside the app. All the billions these health care companies have and this is the best they can do. Sad.

No Apple wallet
No way to display my insurance card in apple wallet. Really annoying, have to pray I’ve got signal in some office or other, open the app, authenticate, and remember where to find my ID card.

wrong dr info
i looked up female drs because i dont like the idea of a male gyno. made the appt get to the address shown on the app, drs office is nowhere to be found, called the office and it was in a completely different area, i had to walk back all the way to my car, drive over to the building blocks away, park in PAID parking (i dont think they even validate). i look for the drs name in the directory, nope. i ask the gift shop/pharmacy, no dr by that name, call up again to drs office and i get the suite number get to the drs office and no womans name on the door, only male drs🤦🏻♀️😡🤬. i stuck with it because i needed to be seen for a real issue but the whole process was too much. im going to have to switch eventually which i didnt want to have to do

No Apple Wallet. Little utility
This app lets you do very little. And it doesn’t support Apple Wallet. The way cards are supported is silly. Not really sure the point of this other than seeing how close you are to your deductible. You can do little else other than look up a provider. How often do people actually do that?
Does not have all of the functionality of the website so it’s no good
This app annoys me. Every time I log into it, I am rerouted to the main website because I can’t complete the specific task on the app. I then have to re-login to the website. What is the point of an app that does not have all of the functionality of the website. Worthless.
Missing Express Scripts integration
Premera preventsusing the Express Scripts app on mobile devices. The Premera app does not allow one to sign in to Express Scripts. The only way to access is through the Premera site. This sends you to the Express Scrpits mobile site. That site is not as easy to use as the app. Why can’t Premera figure out how to do this?

Apple Wallet
Please make a card version for Apple wallet. My OCD goes crazy because I have my other medical cards in there besides this one. It’s 2020 this should be a thing!
