The app is decent
I have seen a lot of feedback on the app. I understand that it is hard to follow everyone's request. Now I rate the app so that developer team gets encouraged to carry out requests. So far the app is the best for me, but I believe it can be developed further.

Dreadful Process /app
Dreadful process and customer experience. I have gone to the website to register a new card I have been given from the store. However, I can’t complete this process as it won’t allow me to enter the 17 digits on it. How does the work???? I have have also tried to retrieve my password but the app has now hung with a message saying ‘please wait’. Coffee1 this is a very disappointing experience.Show lessAJL-52

Total waste of time. The new loyalty cards and the website say you can only register them through the app - the app says you can only register via the website. Ultimately neither works, so we all now have loyalty cards that don’t work. Yay! 😒 Back to Costa we go!!!!! 🖕🏻Menthem2012

The number on the back of the card is not a ten digit number so is incompatible with the request on the website for a ten digit number...

What a piece of trash!
Went into Coffee#1 today and asked to scan loyalty card. “Sorry, card no longer works, need the app. Can tell you what loyalty ‘cups’ you have but can’t add this purchase”.
Okay. Downloaded app. Keyed in card number and pin. “Not recognised, need to register online”. Did that weeks ago.
“Contact us”. Tried that, page comes up in app which fundamentally declares: “We’re the greatest software company ever...”. No contact phone or email. So no contact.
“Reset Password“. Entered email pressed send. App just sat there and did nothing.
Really is truly atrocious where not even basic app functionality is available.Show lesspshooter
Change your Developer, because no one has ‘road tested’ procedures
OK, so you are handed a loyalty card at your local Coffee#1 Shop and you then have to download the App. Problem #1: You have to go the website to register the card. Problem #2: When you commence the registration process you are asked for the 10 digit number found on the reverse of the loyalty card. Umm, but there’s only a 16 (or possibly 17) digit number! The first 10 are not recognised, so it’s a fail...Really! What is the point.Show lessiTunes Robbie

Was offered the option by the barista of an app to record my coffee rewards or to revert back to a piece of cardboard with stamps. I made the wrong choice ... can’t sign on to the app, it just hangs, doesn’t recognise my password, won’t let me change it. Have to rate it as 1 star to get the review published, deserves noneShow lessCap.hx
Not usable until September
Forget this App until September.
Even then, you needs new card (not cardboard) it also has a scratch patch and a 17 yes 17 digit card number, also the App and the revised website. . . . ALL for a free coffee. Take look at Costa and find out how to do loyalty card properly.Deaf not stupid
