Great site for designers at lower prices
I have shopped in the store online and on the high street for years and it has always served me well. I live that I can order a list of items to my local store and try everything one and send back what doesn’t fit or I don’t like. I can get some real bargains and items I haven’t found in the store of the designer.

I have installed this app at the beginning of the year and visited various stores in Cardiff, Plymouth, Liverpool etc. There are often discounts on high quality item and clothes are always high quality and the staff are amazing. I would 100% recommend this app and the shop to friends and family

Flannels is a really great app in my opinion - all of the designer brands can be found on this app and it’s just so helpful and useful. The reason for this is that it just saved you time for looking for a certain item, which is absolutely beneficial as well as essential !
I also love the fact that Flannels does sales too, which makes it easier for everyone to purchase their designer clothing/items that they need! All in all it’s an amazing app and I love the way it functions and everything else in between!

Enjoy the deals you get on products at Flannels, but think the app needs some work, it always struggles to return you to your shopping bag or back to your previous page when shopping. These problems have been happening since I started shopping on the app many years ago and doesnt seem to have improved. I would rate the clothing, availability as 5 star but the app probably only gets a 2

I love shopping online flannels aswell as in store but the app is brilliant as no store is too close my closest being 1 hr train trip. The designer items on here are peek and everything delivered if packed beautifully. Canada goose products delivered and true to size. In store at Cambridge brilliant experience staff were so helpful even brought me multiple sizes to try on…

Love the products and website, but having to return items is an annoying process
Love the website and products but I’m not as impressed with the returns process. As well as a charge to return, you have to print a return slip which is annoying.
Like browsing a catalogue
Downloaded the app, and like how it feels like a printed catalogue. Lots of designers brands to choose from and easy to navigate (unlike most clothing apps).
Signed up to newsletters too, so will be interesting to see what these add in terms of getting the latest items and offers. 👍
