Forgot my name or password that exists with the email that used with this app. It won’t let me log on and every time I try to reset password it says an email has been sent to you to reset and I never receive email!
Internal error
Every time I try to sign up it says internal error. I’ve tried on different phones and computer and says the same thing

Not working
Each time I tried setting up an account it would say unable to create the account. I tried deleting the app and reloading it but no luck. Not sure what’s wrong.

Thanks for playing Picks! There was a small amount of time where the new server for 2018 had launched but the app update wasn't showing up in the App Store yet. If you update to the latest version now, all should be working as expected. Have fun and good luck this year!
