Look at class leading apps like last pass and offer the same or better than theirs

Sub standard

App needs to be open before you request access from your desktop, at least for fingerprint authentication on an iPhone 7...

This app is borderline reta&$$ed

Ok so I never even downloaded this app. But my one note won’t let me in bc this app restricts access. And when I install and try to sign in to oneauth it says that one note auth is restricting my access into one note auth. It’s really stupid.

This is the best note taking app and the best security authentication ever!

Eventually no harm done.

I am a big fan of Zoho in general but this app is not friendly. I installed the app and carefully set it up and got locked out of all my accounts across 4 devices maybe two hours trying to get rid of the app and get back where I started. All my devices (2 iPads, iPhone, and pc) asking for passwords not accepting them and getting in a stressful forever loop. Now I’m back to square one and I’ve just beefed up my password a bit. The second star is for the idea.

Confusing

Hard to determine what means and methods to use so we can use multiple devices to authorize user login

I’m lost

Installed this after Zoho locked my account while I was traveling in Europe. Installed the OneAuth thing. My account is still locked. Would give this a zero if I could.

Don't trust every device as a default option

The only thing that will make it perfect scores is if you make it not trust every device as a default. Sometimes it defeats the purpose when I'm on a more public computer and a quick login turns into their property. Plus its easier to get annoyed that I keep logging in, so I then check the box. Then just give away permission to a friend because I wasn't thinking about unchecking it

We are currently working on adaptive authentication by which you will have to verify your login request only for a login which might be of risk deviating from your usual login pattern and not for all your day to day normal logins. But for now you can terminate your active web sessions from your app anytime. How can I perform a remote logout? Access OneAuth on your phone. Navigate to the Active Sessions tab. Simply swipe the session to the left to logout of that session. If you would like to logout of all active sessions, then click the trash icon. Tap Clear on the left top.
