Confusing

I like the idea but it is a little confusing.

It faild when using 2 Auth factor

It fails a lot when using 2 auth factor with no clear error

This app will break soho vault

This app if you change phones will no longer allow push notifications- hence lock you out and support will just say sorry your screwed. Don’t buy anything from here support is awful

The worst app ever

I have never ever written a review on an app. This is by far the worst piece of software / app I have ever encountered. I am trying to run a business and all your app has done is lock me out of my email account and now I am stuck in some loop I can’t get it of. I can’t get rid of your app and I can’t access my emails. Thanks very much. Avoid this app at all costs!!

Amazing

So easy to login I especially like the fingerprint scanner. Very secure.

great authenticator

works perfectly every time with FaceID on iPhone x. i’m loving how seamless Zoho is.

Stupid

I can’t log in via web, though I have okayed my finger print on my phone

Lockout program

This just adds another layer to the suite of Zoho's broken programs. Now I can approve logins from my phone and yet never login to any device. Failure across all platforms and our company IT department is dedicated to calling in to Zoho's help center all day long

Outlook password problemd

Since setting up the authentication I’ve started getting the dreaded Outlook prompts for my password which won’t go away.
