Great product

I would change one thing about the reports. I would love a graph which shows reporting for a period of time, like the last 24 hours or the last week. This updates every few minutes (15, I think) and a graph would help determine how everything is going overall.

Customer service is great. The Product is reliable even though I’ve had a couple of hiccups. They’ve resolved them quickly. I had to do a reset once when it lost its network connection. And I’ve had to replace the plug for it when it fell apart. But I’ve used this unit for several years now.

Thanks for peace o mind

We are having to give up our camping days but with many great memories. Our dog being along was always a highlight. And we so much appreciated Waggle as a dependable source for us to know the camper was ok temperature wise when we left her alone. Thank you Jason and all of Waggle for years of dependable service.

Couldn't live without it!

Couldn't imagine life without this thing. I work my dogs in search and recovery and this gives me huge piece of mind for my dogs safety while I am not with the vehicle and they are put up for rest or while the other dog is working! Knowing that I will be notified in case of emergency allows me to stay focused on the task at hand!

Must have for safety.

This is a must have if you’re RV’ers . The waggle app is very informative. It shows real time temp and humidity and power loss . It gives me a peace of mind while I’m out running errands. Just open the app refresh it and you get to make sure your baby is ok and safe. It gives me a relief from my anxiety of leaving my fur baby alone. It’s worth every Penny.

Replaced waggle that had a bad battery

My waggle’s battery failed just out of the warranty. They replaced it for me for free. I just paid return postage to send mine back. They respond quickly on the app’s chat. I tried calling and left messages but did not get any return calls. I also emailed and didn’t get a reply. So if you need them, use the app and you should get a quick response. I appreciate that they replaced mine instead of making me buy a new one. I like the peace of mind knowing that my dog is ok. I also like that with the new one came a tag to hang in the car and a sticker that says the temperature is being monitored by waggle.

Our waggle doesn’t measure temp correctly!!!

89.7 waggle temp Real temp in RV 82. We had all alerts enabled with a max of 84 set and finally got alert when temp as 89.7. How they say this works to protect you animals I don’t understand. Don’t invest in this. It really doesn’t seem to work. Took pic of their device which is right above our rv sensor and got those temps. We rushed home only to find rv was really 82 decrees not 89.7. Please either send us a new waggle (that works correctly) or we will be forced to drop this service.

Kansas pet mom and dad

We’re giving this a 3 1/2 to 4 . Customer service was good , difficult to understand representative. We had to call numerous times , if there had been more information on how this great device works would be very helpful. When You get the power loss warning every time it reports that’s very worrisome m, especially when you are where you can’t get back there quickly. No one told us that if you didn’t leave monitor plugged in you would always get power los, which as we all know is why we all got this monitor. We do feel more comfortable leaving our precious baby in the camper, now that I know to leave it plugged in. Just feel like it’s very important to have this monitor, but better instructions . It says help is available 24/7, when I called no one was there, left my number for a return call as instructed to do . NEVER DID RECEIVE A PHONE CALL, I had to call back the next day! I’m We wondered if we had picked the right monitor, with all the unanswered questions. We figured out most of them but would have saved a lot of worries and concerns.

Dangerously inconsistent

I’ve gone through 3 monitors that have all had problems. Missing alerts, network connection issues, incorrect temperature readings by up to 10°... Customer support always says “put it by a window.” Well, it doesn’t get any closer to a window than being in a vehicle on my dog’s crate. One time the temperature reached 107° before I finally got an alert, which is supposed to be triggered at 85°. Luckily my dog was not in the vehicle that day.

They’ve also extended the temperature alert frequency time from 10 minutes to 30 minutes. In Florida, that can be deadly. I’m better off just physically checking my dog all day than spending money on Waggle’s nonsense.

Customer service also consistently lies about trying to contact me by phone and getting my voicemail. They have my cell number, and because of the nature of my business, my cell is with me 24/7, yet I have no missed calls from them.

Pick a different company for a temperature monitor.

Works great

I have been using this for about 2 years now and it works great. Support is super helpful when i had a small problem with the app. I rely on this more in my car than our camper since my dogs travel every where with me.

Great! 2 yrs without issues

I have been traveling in a RV with 4 dogs by myself and found it very important to have a separate source of temperature measuring that would alarm me while working 12hrs shifts as travel nurse. If it ran on battery (hence, no electric - no AC or electric heat) it would notify me right away. I would call the RV park manager and see what was going on. The app is super easy to use and overall the device was incredibly reliable. The only downfall was the monthly subscription of $20. That’s quite a lot of money for only having a thermometer subscription. However, in my case, it has saved my dogs twice. Because of waggle, I noticed that my RV lost electricity during a storm in CT. It was hot out so I was able to drive to the RV park and get the dogs out. Within 30 min the temp was at 90 degree inside. The second time I was in WY at -20 F and the propane ran out so temp was going down super quick. I was able drive to the RV during my break and switch the propane tank so the dogs could have heat. I honestly would have never known without Waggle!!!
