Great product
Customer service is great. The Product is reliable even though I’ve had a couple of hiccups. They’ve resolved them quickly. I had to do a reset once when it lost its network connection. And I’ve had to replace the plug for it when it fell apart. But I’ve used this unit for several years now.

Dangerously inconsistent
They’ve also extended the temperature alert frequency time from 10 minutes to 30 minutes. In Florida, that can be deadly. I’m better off just physically checking my dog all day than spending money on Waggle’s nonsense.
Customer service also consistently lies about trying to contact me by phone and getting my voicemail. They have my cell number, and because of the nature of my business, my cell is with me 24/7, yet I have no missed calls from them.
Pick a different company for a temperature monitor.
