I’ve had this app for about five years. It was great at first. Tracked all runs, distance, max speed, chairlifts ridden, etc. But the last couple years it started to fail. It will now only sync with my Fitness App if I start it on my Apple Watch. If I start it on my I-Phone it doesn’t sync with my fitness app. And now it appears to be tracking all of my data for the day, but as soon as I save at the end of the day, all of my data disappears. I’ve tried searching for fixes, but can’t find anything. It looks like the last update was more than a year ago. I will need to find a new app.
Doesn’t Autotrack Runs
I've used this app for a few years now, and it's worked perfectly for its entirety up until I upgraded from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 14 Pro. It now doesn't track my runs correctly, and after a day of skiing, it says I've only done a single run. Everything else works fine, though. Even when I go onto the satellite map, it shows gaps where I was skiing that it didn't pick up. I hope this gets fixed soon cause I loved this app when it worked. PLEASE FIX!! 🙏🙏🙏
Very poor tracking
Maybe it is user error, though I can’t imagine what I did wrong, but on both days of skiing, tracking gave extremely inaccurate information on core details like number of runs, vertical drop, etc. For example, I probably did 8-10 runs and the app counted 2, despite showing on the map all the points I covered (roughly—it jumped around a fair bit). It also showed something like 64 vertical feet for the last run when it should have either been several hundred or ~0, depending on if my pause for lunch outside counted as a break in the run. Had very high hopes for this app, but at least from my experience, it seemed to be pretty worthless.
