Was perfect
Just needs an update to show text under posts.
Decent
Crashes often and lacks basic features but it's aight overall
Best Reddit app ever
Shame Reddit has killed free API access. If this app could be updated to support personal api access I could continue using this app.. such a waste of excellent software. RIP
No more post!
The content simply wouldn’t load, after a few cards.
Doesn't do spoiler text
This app doesn't do spoiler text correctly. Pretty much a deal-breaker
It’s good
But there’s a few niggles. Would love to see a fix for text not showing under some posts. I often have no context for some posts because paragraphs of text are missing and only the image is shown. That means having to open safari, do the Reddit official app dance back and forth, reload the post, click back etc. and that’s just the ones I’ve worked out there’s missing text. Who knows how many do that I’ve missed completely.
Some smoother actions for comments would be good. Clicking a post reply only responds. Clicking context just shows you the reply again. Editing or deleting comments is really hidden away.
Apart from that, I use it every day and it’s great. If those little things were fixed, it would be perfect.

Best Reddit app still available
Easily the best reddit app still available. My only criticism would be that it would be nice if you could make some more visual customisation but that’s very minor.
Best third party app I’ve used
Great layout, UI super intuitive. Only thing I’d like to see differently is for it to be easier to filter subreddits, but of a hassle at the moment.
Not bad - comments don’t always load
App is nice but annoying when comments don’t load.
Love the app, but it has many issues
I really like Comet for Reddit. It has become my preferred client since Apollo went down (RIP), mostly for use on my iPad. I like the overall design and features (especially comment color-sorting), especially in contrast to its competition.
HOWEVER, its issues are getting very frustrating, mainly: 1) being ‘unable to submit content’ for comments, 2) the ‘error’ when trying to save or vote on posts or comments, and 3) the straight-up absence of content, both in the home feed and the comment section of posts (it’ll just say ‘nothing here’ even though, for example, the posts shows x number of comments; this makes the least sense on the main feed). (I’m just a lurker, so I don’t know what happens with posting.) All of these happen frequently enough that I sometimes wonder why I still bother trying.
I’ve deleted/redownloaded the app, signed out/in, and I keep my OS and the Comet app updated; my internet connection is also good. What’s going on? It’s been a few months, and I’ve been hoping these bugs would be squashed with recent updates, but there’s no change. I really don’t want to have to switch Reddit clients again. Fix these problems and I’ll give it 5 stars (and never leave).. it really is a great app—or, at least, it has a lot of potential.
