The videos don’t play and it stop scrolling with the pictures. Seen cheaper ones do a better job no stars cause I wasted my moneyutef

Horrible product.
I emailed support because the Loop would only upload 4 pics out of 32.
I tried deleting the channel to redo it. That did not work.
There isn’t a phone number for customer service ANYWHERE! I asked for instructions to return for a refund.

Way too early
Loop rushed an unfinished product to market under false pretenses. They have a lot of work to do.
Purchased this with a promise of Google Photos integration clearly shown on their screenshots - it doesn't work, it's a grayed out option that isn't selectable. Fell back to the Instagram option - which would not load or sync photos (any of them) for at least a week. Now I am unable to change the wifi settings for remote set up - the loop and my iOS device are unable to communicate despite being in direct proximity and even currently on the same network.
I have now missed both a promised birthday and Christmas present because of ongoing issues. I have zero confidence in sending it to my grandmother. Fix it Loop!Smallzee
App Crashes
I just got the Loop today. I wish I could say how it works, but since the app crashes immediately (tried on several different devices) and it won’t pair with Bluetooth (tried on several different devices), I’m afraid I can’t say. For now, 1 Star unless an update fixes it.Mlawre3490
App won’t even open!
I love the idea of this. The app worked for a few days, but now just crashes immediately upon opening. Fix please or else I will be asking for a refund on my 3 loops that are completely unusable right now.allieaf

The new update killed my app. Like others mentioned this is quite the bait and switch. The product doesn’t have any of the features originally advertised, voice command, motion integration etc. I’d stay away.rkhoover
Terrible Product do not buy
Terrible , can’t delete accounts, interface is terrible, do not buy this product or waste your time with this app or product . Wish I could give 0 stars or negative stars. Product is layered with lack of human factor insight. Bluetooth will not sync despite trying to pair. Does not allow you to set up for friends and family WiFi as stated, the feature is non existent , can’t figure out how to reboot , tried once and figured it out once but can’t replicate it. Unbelievable that in app you can’t delete accounts especially with all the bugs. Ease totally accounts are forever on the apphating Loop
Update crashes immediately
Man, I’m got these things as gifts for our parents for Christmas and I can’t believe how buggy the whole product is. As of the update today, app crashes immediately upon opening on iPhone X. Please help!ImmersionDave
