  • App is simple, could use some minor changes

I ordered 3 of these watches for my kids. They are not old enough to have a cell phone of their own, but wanted the smart watch look and the ability to set alarms. Disconnecting and reconnecting to manage each watch is easy enough, but I do wish there was a way to rename each device to make it easy to know whose is this whose.

  • It’s ok

I wish there were more features like a flashlight and that the find my phone would work if I didn’t have the app open and I wish there were more games but it’s ok, I guess. Just add more stuff
  • Great app !!

Easy to use and LOVE the watch!
  • Apple Health Blood Pressure from Hband

Seems to work well with the exception of blood pressure. Apple health seems unable to read blood pressure from the Hband app or Hband does not export blood pressure to Apple Health.
  • Nice looking watch

I’m diabetic readings are way off. My watch says within normal range but reality my test was high.
The watch won’t change my gender to male. App reads male didn’t change on watch.
  • Apple heath integration

Please add more parameters for integration with Apple health. ET580 has a lot of measures to add. Thanks
  • Blood oxygen graph not recording

Generally the app seems to work but it doesn’t track the blood oxygen data as a graph; it only can show the instantaneous result
  • Functions don’t work correctly but obviously you developers don’t

This watch was specifically bought for the glucose monitor. The readings NEVER change, my husband gets a 6.60 reading, he’s diabetic. I can put it on and mine is the same readings and I’m NOT diabetic. The advertisement for this watch specifically indicated that glucose levels could be monitored. That was the ONLY reason the watch was bought. Very disappointed.
Upon reading the other reviews it appears there are no comments from the developers as to any updates or bug fixes. 2.9 is not a great app review. DEVELOPERS; the advertised product is not what is advertised. When it shows the glucose monitor it actually shows a 120 reading. Not what is actually on the watch. False advertising in my opinion.
Note: In my opinion, Don’t buy this product, it doesn’t work properly on any level.

  • Frozen out

App was working, now it will not allow me to login or get beyond the login/sign up page. I have rebooted and done everything I can think of.
  • So far, way off

I think the step count works okay, but that might be it. The sleep tracking is Terrible- I went to bed at 12:30am, had at least one nightmare that woke me up with my own yell, got up 3 times to pee (drank way too much water in the couple hours prior), and the app says I went to bed at 10:15, didn’t dream at all, and slept without interruption. So, nope.
I don’t know about the blood glucose- mine supposedly went up 2 points after 10 hours of not eating, putting me in prediabetic territory (according to all the bloodwork I’ve ever had, I am not at risk of becoming prediabetic). So that seemed off. Pulse and BP seem okay, but I’m not really trusting any of the rest. Not with the sleep thing being SO off. This bums me out as I got it for the sleep monitoring and was interested in the glucose monitoring (again, not prediabetic, but I need out about IF and how food effects inflammation and insulin levels, so thought it would be fun).
Turns out it’s just a pricey pedometer.
