Strongly dislike the recent update.
Signing in is the absolute worst, slow, if it the app even loads at all. If you get in you see current balances by product category. Seeing available balances would be more beneficial. Also seeing my child’s savings balance grouped into my balance is misleading & annoying.
I have no complaints against this credit union however this is probably the worst online banking I’ve ever experienced.Show lesstrishleigh
Slower than ever
Even with the newest update it’s slow. It was faster before the update. Get your bugs fixed please.kdblank

I haven’t had to wait like the others are saying, but it is slow. Here is my msg to the help center.
Dear Help Desk staff,
Where is the page/section that has FAQs, help, directions, instructions?
My notifications are cut off at the right margin. The left margin is the middle of my screen. Can only read the left half of every sentence. Turning screen to horizontal position does not help.
Is it really necessary to send a “one time password” for every single change in my profile when logged in and all changes are made in the same session (same 5 minutes)? Very irritating and time consuming.
So far, I have only viewed the new App. Therefore it seems ok for the most part. Except for the concerns I have listed above. Reserving my opinion until I can get better educated with the app. Would be unfair to judge this quickly. I will say that I really liked the previous version and that Palmetto Citizen’s FCU has this format - Not a fan at all of their app.Show lessLpnRn
Needs a lot of work
It takes forever to load. It gets locked up. I’m on an iPhone 11. So, I’m sure it’s not me. I’m looking at my WiFi router.Godzillaof4

This is an awesome app!!! I like the fact that it aloud me to do multiple stuff plus I can also do Internal transfer to otherschess_🌹

I’m so mad to say the least! This app is so pointless! We can’t even get to the log in screen! It just keeps saying “please wait while we get the information you requested”! So of course, I figure, okay, I’ll just go to the website. Nope. Same problem there. This is so ridiculous. We NEED to access our account! We have bills to pay and money that needs moved around! I shouldn’t have to go to the bank in person or call in to the equally as unhelpful staff just for my money to be moved in a way that I should be able to do on my own in the first place! Get your crap together before you lose many people from your bank!Show lesshernaale

Horrible
The app is super slow, takes forever to change to the next screen, the fingerprint option doesn’t work at all. I just spent the last 30 minutes trying to make it work and it won’t. I thought partners first was awesome but they really to update this app. There’s too many menu options with sub options. Totally irritatedShow lessMalaki0417vm
Not good
This app either takes 5 minutes to load every time you click a button or it just doesn’t load at all. The website all together is horrible and completely unreliable.hancathleen
