    Very smooth relaxing sensations that take me to my happy place quickly and efficiently! Great to take the edge off and bring peace and serenity to the forefront!
  • Great for anxiety

    I really like using this app when I can feel my anxiety rising up or when I'm having a sleepless night due to stress. Only improvement I can think of would be to either lower the price to purchase all meditations or offer more in general.
  • Ideal relaxation app

    I've struggled to find a relaxation app that's quick to use but still serves its purpose. This one does both and you can use it anywhere. The sounds and woman's voice really help you switch off. I have used the app before bed and after work. Like others i do wish more sessions were free as it is a little pricey. However there is a good choice and I doubt you would get bored deciding which to use each time. Give it a try!

  • Chill out!

    Yes!!! this app has definitely helped me through the road of stress and anxiety, I start off stressed and restless and end feeling hush and peaceful, the women's voice is so tranquil that you could just drift off to sleep whilst the scenarios are very realistic!!!
  • Relaxing

    The guided meditation is very relaxing. The voiceover is great at keeping your mind occupied on the meditation instead of wandering off thinking about other things. Haven't tried them all as I didn't purchase the upgrade but the few I have are wonderful
  • A nice relaxing break

    Such a nice way to take a short break from work and decompress! You come back fresher and ready to work again.

    Got this to help mitigate stress. After my first session in the Japanese Garden I had to get more! I use it before bed and it helps with sleep.

    If you feel yourself getting too stressed or het up, I highly recommend this app to help you relax. Even in the short five minute sessions, it's enough to make you feel better. You just have to want it to work and it will. My best find this week.
