    Completed all of the assessments and on my 6th day logging in out of 7 days to meet the insurance requirements. The app decided it wasn’t going to work anymore, only white screen lost all completed task and login in days. Now I have to start over complete trash and wast of time.
  • Worked great no problems...

    Worked great no problems until...I completed all requirements to receive my certificate and now the app won’t load. Just a blank white screen.

    Even after the update to fix white screen, checking for more updates and restarting my phone twice, I still have a white screen which prevents me from completing my requirements by my employer.

    It guides you on how to deal with situations by providing examples and the different scenarios where it could be used.
  • This app gives me hope

    I found this app on WA State’s Public Health website. I know smoking is hurting my health
    and I need help quitting. This app gives me hope that I will stay motivated and be more aware of why I smoke when I do. Very smart and entertaining so far, and I’m in. Well done.
  • One of the best apps I have

    It was suggested that I download this app and go through it. I have stress and a weight problem but going through these lessons really helped me understand my thoughts and actions and how they affected my brain and life. I was at a major stall in my weight loss journey but since starting this, I’ve started to lose again. Thank you.

    This app gives you great ideas on ways to manage stress, weight loss and smoking. I can only speak on the stress portion, great app.

    The App is truly great. It gives you a different perspective on a great number of subjects. It really is an eye opener and a blessing
  • Im not sick

    I downloaded this as it stated that ot is helpful for activities. Yet it gives me 4 options before I can do anything else.
    1 weight.. well I’m healthy so and don’t need to loose any weight.
    2 Stress... I’m not stressed and don’t need help
    3 smoking... well I don’t smoke
    4 chronic pain... thankfully I don’t have that problem...
    So I guess this app is useless for me.
