  • Great game but not without flaws

I love playing this game and have so continuously for about a year although there are many bugs which sadly the developer is not interested in fixing. Looking forward to their next game.
  • One flaw

I’ve been playing this game for a long time and it’s a great way to pass the time. But there’s one thing that annoys the hell out of me and that’s the targeting mechanic. What is the point of selecting one enemy to focus your damage on if a play guaranteed to generate enough damage to kill it is wasted on other enemies? I’ve lost countless games because of this (which is probably the point, to make you pay gems and buy in-game currency) and it’s such a cheap tactic I could laugh until I pass out.
Also, the arena gets progressively harder and harder to complete unless you pay to level up or evolve your heroes because at a certain point you’re unable to obtain evos fast enough, even if you buy them from arena shops (which I do). If the pacing could also be fixed that would be great.

  • Good game, pity about the bugs

The difficulty curve is a little too steep sometimes, to try and encourage us to spend money, but overall the game mechanics are really nice.
However, arena prizes - specifically dark world chest keys from arena boss - will not actually show up.
Every now and then it freezes on a “quick loot” screen and I have to kill and reopen the app to unfreeze.
Discovered the hard way that three special tiles do not make a match (talking about the I II III IV V same colour tiles) unless there’s a regular tile involved.
Also, not sure if it’s intentional that over abundant hero tokens from dark world sell for gold instead of dark gold, and that the leaderboard does not encompass the dark world stars.
    Achievements would be nice.

  • Fantastic Game

This is a very well made game. It’s been one of the very few games I have held onto, and not lost interest in. I probably open this game two-three times a day, and am seriously impressed.

There are micro transaction deals, and ways to spend money, but the game honestly allows you to play without feeling like you are being held back without purchasing those items. Very well done

  • update

I love the game, but update really slow, I beat all the level already and have all charaters plus I have 229k energy don’t know where to spend, to level up I need to click every single stage, takes about half hour to click though all stage..... hope you guys make some changes
  • genuinely fun

i usually keep games on my phone for about 1 month and get bored, but i’ve been playing this game since it came out. i haven’t seen anything like it and i have plenty of energy to play for a while. of course you can buy extra stuff, but unlike other games, you only have to buy it if you really want it, and they don’t shove purchases in your face. the characters are really cute and i can open up shops or go to the arena to level up heroes easily. 10/10 recommend!!

  • 3 Stars

I give this 3 stars not that it is a bad game or anything, it just needs a little tweaking. I plan to keep this game on my iPod touch cause it’s actually fun. Like I said, a couple tweaks for me and I’m fine.
    1. A facelift
Pixel? Really? Someone tell these people what decade it is.
    2. More characters
Why so few? Why are they so cheesy? A mouse named Fenrir? Really? An insult to the mythic wolf.
I don’t even see 1 cool character, not that pixel looks good on anyone anyway.
    3. Match 3 rpg meets culinary arts? Are you people on drugs or something? Drugs are not cool.
Who wants to eat this crap? Why are we building restaurants to begin with? It would make more sense if we were killing monsters and turning them in to an outfitters store? Making weapons and armor to fight these cheesy things. Oh well I guess pixelated heroes have to eat something..

Other than that, I actually like this game. But it’s only a 3 star game and I’m being VERY generous

  • Addictive

I really like the game but when you get to certain levels they make the extremely difficult to pass. That serious prompt you to buy packages. I don’t buy them so I’m stuck on levels that I cannot pass.

The arena is fun, but again the power shots are a lot less effective than the game so most time die with one hit. I’ve gotten to the point where I’m going to delete the game because it’s no longer fun. Guess it’s all about the money.

It was fun while it lasted.

  • Plenty to achieve in game, addictive

Addictive game that makes you want to play faster and better. Looking for matches before you begin. Plenty of levels to play and players to unlock and upgrade. Top 5 game ever downloaded. Good stuff. Keep updating the game fam
  • Alexander Bugs

I was enjoying it until about a week ago when the game starting acting buggy. Now it only generates Alexander gifts and upgrades and since I have evolved him completely, I cannot move forward with anything else because all my characters are fully evolved. Seems to be a ploy for the user to spend money and purchase other characters.
