Pictar pro WILL NOT WORK
I bought this pictar group for my iPhone bc it looks & sounded great. I have literally used the grip TWICE. Now It will NOT turn on (there is no power button) the Bluetooth light will not come on, it is not discoverable in my Bluetooth settings. I have replaced the battery…NOTHING. I have turned on/off Bluetooth. I have deleted the app & reinstalled, I have done a hard reset…. NOTHING. I am extremely disappointed & I have gone on the website to contact the company & what do you know….NADA. They are happy to take your money but won’t ensure a happy customer. Please replace my defective pictar phone grip & I would happily give you a5 star reviewShow lesskaidukas

The app crashed as soon as the first photo was taken. I love the idea of this app and product, but I never got out of demonstration mode when I first opened it. I hope they get it figured out. For now, I’m not going to pay $90 when I can buy a competitor’s grip for one fifth the cost and use apple’s photo software.Show lessR2020
Doesn’t work with iPhone 12 Pro Max

Pictar app fails to recognize UPC
Just received my flimsy Pictar Smart Stick and to use it properly we need to scan the UPC or enter it manually. App doesn’t recognize the UPC so my Smart Stick is about as useful as a branch with an elastic.alphagett

2. Flashing blue light does not repr BlueTooth coonectivity. Not sure how to pair ph w/app

New phone
My only complaint is I lost my bar-code for all my products because I threw them out in the recycling and now I have no real way to get new bar-codes for my products so reactivating them is a challenge for my phone is annoyingMyrow85
Bought Pictar self stick and software not working
I have received my smart stick from pictar after months of waiting the finish product i pledge on kickstar, I was very excited to use it and add the app to get more choices, download the app then scan the upc, no luck, scan everything else in the box and no luck, put the numbers manually and .. no luck, I can’t get into the app because I can pass step number one, went to pictar site and no help, youtube and everything else i can get some help and again no luck, can some help with this app???Show lessluzavala
