Customer support responded quickly to my complaint and helped me resolve the issue quite easily. I recommend contacting their email support for assistance! Quick and easy. My pawbo is working great again. Video is crisp and clear.
Previous: I can’t access my pawbo. Every time I open the app, even after resetting and removing and re-downloading the app, the doorbell rings and then the app closes itself.PippyMIrn

No iPhone X version....STILL. Developers don’t care.
Although the iPhone X was released last fall, developers have still not released an iPhone X optimize version. This is disappointing, especially considering the price of the Pawbo camera. Developers, do you even read these comments? Do you care about what consumers are asking? The app is OK, but fees cramped and doesn’t work well on an iPhone X. Shame on the developers!Nicholas
Works great
Works as advertised. Treat dispensing is really quiet. For the money this is the best camera/treat dispensing and laser toy for the money. Really happy so far. The box even becomes a nice stand. Love it.Retrostyle
Good camera, but really buggy app
Pros: Camera is good, setup is easy, and the features are useful.
Cons: The app is really buggy. I often need to force close the app several times to even get the camera feed. Also, often the screen isn't rotated into landscape mode so you only end up seeing the left half of your cameras range. Additionally, sometimes it just keeps loading and loading and never pulls up the camera feed. For an expensive camera, I'd hope the app was more consistent. I get the above errors even when I'm at home and on wifi. These app issues are the main reasons for my 2 star review.Elbaf
