Recently went round and round with InKind support as my rewards had disappeared and I was not accruing the stated cash back offers. Come to find out that these cash back offers only apply to a single credit card purchase, at time of sale. I was using monies loaded into my InKind wallet for convenience and now that ease of purchase is being used against me. On top of that, I had originally received a $10 off $30 monthly bonus reward which was eliminated with the Terms of Service but not mentioned anywhere.
The case of me not being allowed to participate in obtaining the rewards due to monies in my InKind wallet is what is pushing me to just delete the app in its entirety. What once was a great incentive to try new places has now soured my thinking about this app. I’m sure I’m not the only one who thinks this way.
