Please don’t use or open ur account in DIB because the system of DIB Pakistan is very bad every time there is an issue with bank services and when u transfer money from DIB app the money will not transfer on 1st time u have to try 20 or 30 times than your money will transfer every transfer u will see the notification of money transfer failed .Show lessfahadkhan2000
App stop working
After 1 am app stop working cant transfer money and we have ti wait for the morning to transfer the kr pay the bills from onlineHamxaimtiax
Useless for iPhone and tablets
I was able to download and install the app on my iPad but unable to very by the code. Visited local branch but were unable to help. When I add code, message appears saying “data not found”. It is very frustrating, I hope developers will check and remove if there are any bugs, otherwise, I am happy to close my account and move to a different bank. I am using iPad Air 5 but unable to run this app.Show lessM Jarral
DIBP app was working fine on my Samsung phone but not working on iphone
I have been using app on my samsung phone from few years and it’s working well. Recently I have switched my phone to IPhone and app does not work on iPhone. I keep getting invalid user name and password error where same password and user name works on samsung device.
Please assist to rectify this issue.Show lessJaved jani

Not working right.
I am using this app for sometimes and i have been satisfied with the quality. But since last update it is acting up and it keeps on signing in unsuccessfully and keeps in taking my credentials in terms of face recognition and continue to do that more than ten times and then finally signs me in.doc4dover
