Pathetic , closing my account
Pathetic service , their app is always under maintenance , fed up of pathetic service , ibft transfers always get stuck for 3-4 days , whats the point of using your bank? Atms are closed or not working allost everytime , i am donegamervoyboy
Too many glitches and bugs for IOS
I cannot operate my account the tiles isn’t visible nor i can see my balance tile. If i open any other option the app get’s disoriented and haphazard icons. I cannot perform my online banking, please get this fixed ASAP. Thank youHASNI3

Useless app
App is not updated and is crashing every time I try to make a transaction. Now you can not even add a beneficiary to the account. Transferring money just keeps on waiting and nothing happens. Please update the app or otherwise I will switch to other bank.

Really good app
It’s really helpful but It would be better if I could pay Azad Kashmir Phone and Electricity bill through this app. At the moment I can only pay Gas bill through this app.
I would request the Developers team to add options for Azad Kashmir Utilities bill’s payment.

Super easy and very user friendly app
I have been using DIB online banking and it’s mobile app and it is now getting easier and more user friendly with every upgrade. Super easy to transfer funds across, view statements etc. Keep it up guys !!Zeeshan(Sydney)
The update just messed up everything
The app was running fine and then an update distroyed the whole experience.... 15 days unable to transfer anything..... Sorry but it's getting irritating now....Omerahmed

The amount isn’t shown correctly
The amount doesn’t show the amount correctly. For example if the amount in the account is 375 Rs. It shows 375,00.00 which confuses the customer. If I withdraw 60K it shows 60,000,00.00 The decimal and comma is all over the place. Please fix it. I am using the latest version of Appumairali286
