Cannot see my beneficiaries
Everything was working fine until I upgraded the app. Since then I have not been able to see my beneficiaries. I have not been able to transfer money to my beneficiaries. I contacted the costumer service and I also emailed the screen shots to them but still unresolved. I hope this review might help.Show lessAAAteam

We can’t send money to other banks from this app pathetic aven some time can’t ad dib other customer as this happen with me so often and today as well app needs improvement. Worse bank app I think in Pakistan.kamrankoal

This app has lots of flaws as after update can’t transfer to dib accounts its self as it says ad purpose of sending as no option for adding reason.
No way I can send to dib acc
Also can’t send to other bank acc through mobile app which is degrading dib customer as almost every bank allows option for other bank acc.
Good thing is dib sends pin both email and registered number as some time we use app when we don’t have number in reach.Show lessDeveloper Response
