Far better than using Facebook
We previously used Facebook for our team communications but some parents didn’t have it so we were forever duplicating messages. This app easily brings everyone together and creating events is quick and simple. Easy too to see who has and who hasn’t seen any messages or events. Fantastic app
Great App - How about a Poll
Hi Team - I have just started looking at a useful app we could use for our Youth team.
Been taking a look at Heja, and this looks like a great app that will do 95% of what I will need. The only thing that I was hoping to be able to achieve was to put Poll’s out to parents when trying to make key decisions? I appreciate this can be done in a post, but this makes it harder to calculate the results of the decision and overall visibility of the progress.
It would be a great feature to add to Heja, with the ability to:
- Create a Poll with multiple selectable options
- Time restrictions on Poll
- Real time Poll progress visibility / notification?
- Re-open poll feature?
- Re-occurring feature - E.g. Man of the Match poll every week
Just ideas, I am sure your team will have great ideas to run with this. (I imagine it is already on your Dev plan).

Great App for parents with children who attend clubs
I have found this app brilliant for seeing when and where my son should be for club training. It also allows communication between children and their parents so you are able to reach out and seek help and guidance when required. Simply a must have for clubs, no idea why schools and more clubs don’t use it. Could not be more impressed.

HEJA TEAM APP
really handy . Keeps all the sports activities and dates in an easy to find place . Messages show up to be looked at, great at work . Also really helpful to know the names of the team members and their parents when you forget 🤗
Great communication app!
I have used this for high school, youth travel, and youth recreational teams and it works extremely well for all levels. Instant accurate sharing of communication and is simple to use! I have a hard time believing that it is an entirely FREE app! And there are NO ADS! It’s almost too good to be true. I will be using Heja for every team I coach!

Heja review
The app was suggested to us by someone who’d seen it being used by another team. We’ve trialled it and it’s excellent for communicating with everyone involved in the team and having a schedule running alongside that allows users to select whether they can attend events or not. Great tools for coaches planning sessions. Not all our users have come around to it, but We love the app and can’t recommend it enough.

I only have positive things to say about this app. Heja thought of everything.
At the beginning of the season, I used the Home page to post reminders and forward emails I received from the region. Now, parents use it to post pics from practices and soon games. And I love that you can monitor how many of the team has seen and responded to each post.
The schedule feature is AMAZING. I added every practice session, created events only for Team Managers and Coaches, and will soon add the game schedule. I can easily track who is attending and missing a practice so I can prepare accordingly. The app sends everyone, including me as the Admin, a reminder two hours before an event begins. Wonderful!
Registering was a breeze. Setting up the team page and inviting my team to join was easy too. No problems!! I was also able to assign which parents have Admin access. So simple!
Lastly, when I did my research, Heja made it known that our privacy is their priority. They really thought of everything!

Great for high school teams!
I have been looking for an app that you do not need an email address for, my players don’t check email. This is it!! I am very impressed. At first I wasn’t sure about all the reminders, but I have since had players and parents tell me that they love the app and the reminders help. It’s a great app!!

Not amazing but ok
When you get a notification that someone has posted on the app there’s nothing to show you what the person has posted or where they have posted it which is a real pain. I’m the manager of a sports team and when someone comments on a post it comes up with a number 1 on the app thumbnail. So you open the app and have to try and find where and what they’ve posted. Very annoying!!

Great app, room for improvement
Very nice app for communication and scheduling for teams. I would definitely recommend it.
It would be nice to have a photo album button to easily access photos/videos that were shared the team on the main timeline. When sharing/posting, include an option to copy the photo/video to team photo album.
Would also be nice to be able to input player jersey numbers for each player profile.
