It’s buggy and does not let you upload more than 4 pictures for a receipt. If you need to enter more receipts for a claim, you’re out of luck unless you have a fax machine or want to use snail mail. Also doesn’t let you cancel claim from within the app. Have to go on website. Doesn’t have all the categories listed under reimbursement for lifestyle spending account so you’re always left guessing if you’ve done it correctly or not. I’ve had to call twice about stuff not. I download apps so I specifically don’t have to talk to anyone. This app did not meet that need.

intentionally worse experience
obviously the FSA is a product provides by bofa to your employer, who is the real customer. the incentive is to create friction in the experience to make you less likely to use your funds. i especially like how the account claims it can link to your regular bank of america acct, on the app that actually works, but no, when you do that the two bofa products cannot actually communicate. not surprised by any of this corporate silliness of course in our late stage capitalist hellscape, but funny they should ask me for a review.

Amazing HSA
Opening a Bank of America HSA account was the best decision I could have made. They are extremely professional, helpful and I not nit run into any problems using their services. I would definitely recommend them to others and actually already have - many times over!
