  • Slow/Delayed

    Super slow and delayed with answering /receiving calls. Sometimes you completely miss the call because of the delay. It also is bad with sending notifications (even if it has permission). When you’re calling or answering, the call screen takes forever to pull up resulting in an awkward answering process. I used to have a Microsoft Teams phone extension for work and that was much better but my new company uses this for some reason. Preferred Teams!!

  • No call notifications ever

    This app absolutely never gives me call notifications. All I get are missed call notifications AFTER the caller already hung up. What is the point of a phone app that does not send call notifications to your phone? I don’t get it.
  • Using phone after deleted app

    I downloaded the app due to the web not working. Deleted same day and following day calls from work are still coming through my cellphone even after I deleted the app!! I need this fixed!
  • Too long to answer calls

    This app worked great for years. Now it takes 18 to 30 seconds to connect a call when one comes in. That’s 18 - 30 seconds after you tap to answer. Too long. I’ve tried resetting the app. Deleted and downloaded new. Checked all settings. My IT will not help with the mobile app and Fuze will not help because it’s an enterprise account.

  • Too Quiet

    Unable to change ringtone to a louder ringtone for a louder environment.
    Custom importable ringtones by MP3 would be an amazing update
  • Needs Adjustments

    Sometimes the app will be unable to place calls unless you restart the phone.
    You are unable to change the very quiet single Fuze ringtone, needs import custom ringtone option and louder stock ringtones.
  • Ios 16

    Since updating to ios 16, the fuze app is slow to pick up calls, dial out calls, and people think you are talking but takes forever for the phone to connect on my end which makes them think you are not talking. Lot of time wasted having to call back people multiple times.
  • I would leave zero stars if I could

    This app does not work well. Your voice is not easily heard on the receiving end. This app only works if you are communicating on speaker. It sounds like you are driving or there is wind in the background. Also the app does not have a texting feature for numbers outside of the network. Save your money and your time

  • Mobile app user

    There is NO way to tell if someone is calling my department(they called my company and chose the voice prompt option 1, meaning they require restoration services, so everyone in my Dept’s phones ring and they can speak to whoever answers first bc that person is available to assist them) or if they are calling my direct Fuze number/extension (meaning ONLY my phone is ringing). So I have NO IDEA if I can wait for someone else to answer should I be in the middle of something else (helping someone in person for example).
    Also every outgoing call I make displays my DIRECT# on the customers caller ID. Instead of the main # for the company. So if they return a missed call on a day I’m off they think the entire business is closed. When I’m calling a customer about their job they should be seeing the main company number so they can call back if there’s issues or a question and actually be able to speak to someone. Not leave a msg nobody may hear for 3 days & think the company ignores them. Half the time my calls are sent straight to voicemail bc nobody recognizes my direct line number and have no idea why I’m calling. Bc they called the company main number to setup their service

  • Calls Marked as Scam Likely

    Using the Fuze mobile app marks calls as Scam Likely to the recipients’ cell phones. You need to figure out a way to fix this…otherwise the app is useless to make calls
