  • Very bad app always have problems when we click “proceed to checkout”

    I've tried the centrepoint, as well as the splash shop app, both have same issues! I'd been trying to place an order for days but it wasn't allowing me to get to the checkout page. I’m clicking proceed to check out 100 times but it’s not loading anything rather if I click on browsing clothes it’s going through. I e-mailed customer service; no response. I called several times and talked to someone each time only to be told to e-mail them because it's a"technical" issue and they can't do anything about it! I missed out on several promotional periods because of their lack of support and "technical difficulties" with these apps.
  • Items added to cart not appearing

    The app does not function properly. When I add items to my cart it shows the number of items added but does not show the items. this needs to be fixed as I cannot order or purchase online through the app
  • Packaging

    Dear to the main concern of ONLINE purchase, please be aware to send the original packaging or box as same as the item customers choose from the displayed list.
    As it important as it is shows the professionalism and the classy purchase services.
  • Its nice!

    Whenever i go to the mall i feel like the store is too big and crowded, especially on weekdays. But in this app i feel like i can find whatever i search and when i check out i dont have to wait in long lines in the real shop. I can just do one click and i bought it. Its that simple. I reccomend this app.
  • It kills your day

    This app is controlled by a person who thinks sending every 15 min alerts can make you buy more or be more interested in shopping! Turns out I had to delete the app cause I just couldn’t stand the amount of alerts! So annoying! It wasn’t like that before!!!

  • Waste of time app

    Its a really bad app. Waste of time. Purchased items 2 times for click and collect and you have to pay in advance even if you are going to collect the items from the store you dont get to pay cash on collection option. After paying in advance you will recieve an email saying your order in confirmed and the ammount is deducted from your bank. After several time you will recieve another message saying sorry your order is not processed and amount is send back to your account which is not. When you call their store no one answers and you have to call their call center. The call center will tell you that your product is ready for collection. This happened 2 times with me. Waste of time app with alot of bugs.

  • Bad service reset password and call center

    Worst app used, unable to reset password, no email being received, called center and they say no records about your data and you are not registered. Tried to register again and i get that my mobile number already registered.

  • They will cancel your order and still debit your card

    First time using their app and i will never again use it. The debited my card for my order and said payment unsuccessful. Called my bank to see that indeed they took the money. I called them to resolve it and they said they’ll take 3 days to see the issue! What a hassle! If you just wanna bother yourself with bank calls and issues be my guest.

  • Online shopping

    Great experience. I really enjoyed it. More than 5 times now I ordered from online. Everything is perfect all the items as described
  • Need an update

    Why I can’t receive a text message on my mobile number after I change it or update it ?! You can try so many times but without benefit!! And if you want help or an explanation nobody’s there!! You put a robot to answering the question well it’s a good thing put it can’t answer all your questions.

    Also you need to update me on my mobile about the order state like the other merchandise app.
