The customer service is not following up the orders and they never respond to the customer. The time of delivering the items is not accurate . The drivers are offten calling more than 6 hours after the estimated time without even informing in advance that he will be late.

Very bad app always have problems when we click “proceed to checkout”

I've tried the centrepoint, as well as the splash shop app, both have same issues! I'd been trying to place an order for days but it wasn't allowing me to get to the checkout page. I’m clicking proceed to check out 100 times but it’s not loading anything rather if I click on browsing clothes it’s going through. I e-mailed customer service; no response. I called several times and talked to someone each time only to be told to e-mail them because it's a"technical" issue and they can't do anything about it! I missed out on several promotional periods because of their lack of support and "technical difficulties" with these apps.

Items added to cart not appearing

The app does not function properly. When I add items to my cart it shows the number of items added but does not show the items. this needs to be fixed as I cannot order or purchase online through the app

Order status not reflected correctly

Although the order status changed as my order was delivered the app did not reflect that instead it kept showing “Placed”. So I cannot create a return.

Dear to the main concern of ONLINE purchase, please be aware to send the original packaging or box as same as the item customers choose from the displayed list.
As it important as it is shows the professionalism and the classy purchase services.

I cannot access anything

I am trying to use the app in Canada and i can’t access anything . I am unable to pass the language and country screen .

Easy to use

The Centrepoint app is easy to navigate, it works well. The returns policy is good too which is something I appreciate and value when online shopping, click and collect is available for orders that don’t qualify for free delivery, once again making it easy to purchase.

Its nice!

Whenever i go to the mall i feel like the store is too big and crowded, especially on weekdays. But in this app i feel like i can find whatever i search and when i check out i dont have to wait in long lines in the real shop. I can just do one click and i bought it. Its that simple. I reccomend this app.

Useful and Clear

Great App, all pictures are clear and great quality. A faster and simpler shopping experience as opposed to the long queues in stores. I’ve used the App many times and will continue to do so !
