iOS app doesn’t work
iPad Pro 2020 app doesn’t let me connect. When I press the connect button, nothing happens. There is also no “preferences” button for the iOS app, maybe that’s why. Pls updatetashs10+
UI is currently broken
The best feature of this VPN is the secure proxy browser extension. Other features are just ok, no native WireGuard in the app, a little slow to connect and currently the UI is broken which makes it feel like it is not maintained. What else is not maintained? The pricing is fair I guess.AntKnight
Apple iPad Version (3.2) has not worked for quite a while
APRIL 18 2022 - VPN.ac (version 3.2) has not worked for some time on my Apple iPad. Just keeps trying to reload over and over and over again. This app has not been updated in 4 years according to Apple App Store. I’ll have to find another VPN. Too bad I can’t get my money back.MF6759
US servers are f'ed
Servers in the US have been failing a lot for months now. I frequently have to use servers from other countries and have recently had to resort to disconnecting the vpn entirely for a while. Their secure proxy on PCs has been causing a lot of problems as well and I've stopped using it. The desktop client still works for the most part but that is it. Everything other than the desktop client is unreliable and frustrating. If this keeps up I'll be forced to find another vpn service.Show lessGabriel444444

I though this app would be great because I have been looking for a free high-quality von for a while but it will not connect no matter what AND it says I have no internet connection every time I try to turn it on (even though it says I’m connected to a network in settings) and my internet immediately comes back after I turn off the app. Please fix this glitch because the app is basically unusableShow lessChris21🍟🍔
