  • China Servers not working.

I cannot view the Chinese servers, with the setting checked to have the alternate server list appear. The list does not change and doesn't offer the Chinese servers which someone abroad in China needs.

    Developer Response

you don't need to use any list for the users in China in iOS, all servers are working there.
  • Foundation is in place, now to build and improve

VPN.ac's service is quite good on my computers. They have the makings of a good iOS app in place, but there is quite a bit of work that needs to be done. I can only connect to a small handful of VPN.ac servers via the app. When waking my iPhone from sleep, it will take quite a while to reconnect to the VPN over WiFi and not reconnect at all on LTE. The latter scenario along with frequent disconnects while using the VPN require me to go back into the app and manually restart the connection. When it's working, the service is great. Speeds are excellent and tech support is highly responsive. With some refinement and bug fixes, VPN.ac could have a killer app on their hands.

  • Design looks great, but can't connect to the VPN

This app has great potential. I love vpn.ac on my laptop. I was super happy to find it on the app store today; however, I shortly released that it wasn't connecting. Every time I try to connect to it, it loads halfway and then quits. What's up?
    Please fix :)
  • Great VPN, great service

I've been with vpn.ac for just over a year and I've had consistently good speeds, their support are really friendly and quick to help with issues. Never had an issue connecting even with manually setting iOS VPN connections up. Now there's an app it's even easier, looking forward to new features. I've had connections going on for days without a single drop on the link, excellent reliability.

  • A bug is spotted.

The app cannot find a server in China even if the option of 'I am in China' is selected.
