Awesome
Bought this 2 years ago for my daughters school locker. She loves it. It is extremely easy to use and has never jammed up or stopped working. All the kids in her school think it’s the most awesome lock they have ever seen.
Latest application update ruined it
After I updated the app now the person I shared the locks can’t open the locks. They see it but can’t unlock it. So far after the last glitch everything was working well until this update. Now even if you share the lock for one time it’s showed as permanent and still can’t unlock. I don’t know how to contact you guys so am posting it here. Please fix a.s.a.p. as I use 5 of your locks for my business and have to let lmy workers excess the locks remotely everyday. Now I am in deep trouble. Please fix it

Can not login
I just installed the newest update released today. Now my App will not show my lock. I tried repairing the lock to my app and it says Bluetooth connection failed. So I logged out of my account and now can no longer log in. I submitted a forgot password with my email and it just force closes the app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and get the same results

Very poor app
The instructions to set this up or pour if almost nonexistent. As you start to set it up Howlett really wants to do is tell you the features and doesn’t tell you how to set those features up??
Then it tells me to go to settings and update firmware but there’s no firmware place in the settings to update? Was it tells me to go to fingerprint management but there’s no fingerprint management to add your fingerprint?? Very frustrated and I haven’t even been able to set it up at all?? And from what I hear from previous reviewer their customer service is also pour as they’re LOC.

Tap lock
So far so good but I dropped yesterday and now it won’t work
Watch capability
The only thing that could make this product better is the ability to open the lock from your watch. Not sure why it doesn’t have a watch app. I use this lock at the gym everyday. Today my buddy wanted to get his stuff out of my locker but my phone was in there. I had to stop my workout to go and open it for him. Yes i could give him a fingerprint but not sure i want to go that route. However, if there was a watch app i could have opened it from my watch. Now....that would be cool and next level stuff.

Sci-fi Lock
I started a hi tech starship bridge simulator escape room in Toronto and wanted something cool for the staff lockers to keep the theme going. These locks are trouble free and so easy to use.
Worst purchase
Every time I go to use the lock it takes at least a dozen attempts... then Blue tooth connect fails , can’t find the Morse code .. instructions are useless as the App .
Does not work!!
I have tried many times to get it to work and contacted them but it still won’t connect do not buy!!
Great Lock
UPDATED REVIEW - customer service was no help but I was eventually able to get my Tapplock account created. Now that I have it set up, I actually love this lock. The lock is designed well and works well. The lock deserves five stars but giving 4 stars for poor customer support. ORIGINAL REVIEW - I bought a Tapplock last week. It arrived and I was eager to set it up. After downloading the app I was unable to create an account because the app crashed. I emailed customer service and the replied that they were upgrading their servers and I should be able to create an account after the upgrade was finished. Next day, still can’t create an account an the app is still crashing. Emailed customer support back but no reply. It’s VERY hard to get through to customer support or even get a reply. I keep filling out the online forms to email customer support but the system thinks I’m spam and won’t process the form to send the email to customer support. These people are no help and their product doesn’t work.
