Updates seem to break this app but it doesn’t stay broken long because Tapp is quick to fix any issues it seems

App doesn’t work
Bought this lock a week ago was exited to try it out come to find out that their app isn’t working you can’t create an account or log in so very disappointed, not worth buying it I’m returning mine don’t buy this lock
Great at first, now app won’t work
Had both locks working actually had one decided to buy another, big mistake… now the app will not recognize the locks if finally able to get it to see it neither one will connect via BT… tried everything n logged out of app on tablet can NOT get it to log back in, still on cell phone iPhone 8, but not BT connectivity… tried sending a email to customer support and can’t get email to go through on anything to them… so frustrated at this point will not recommend to anyone ever!!!! Customer support is non existent

Great product and support.
I’ve had my share of issues, however, I’ve received nothing but excellent response and support. Each issue (1) only recognizing one thumbprint at a time; 2) seal on the lock broke) they responded immediately and corrected both issues to my satisfaction and beyond expectation. I will continue to recommend this product and support the company.

Battery issues?
After two weeks I checked lock and it was dead. Could not open lock until I brought Surface out with charge cable to give it enough power to unlock. When plugging in and checking app it said battery level was 60 percent after one minute. Not sure why lock wouldn’t respond outside. Took new firmware update and charged overnight so will see how it works in two weeks.

FYI don’t lock without wifi
I was testing the lock out in my shed so I locked the door and I was out of my wifi range and my fingerprint was not working so I had to wait till the firemen came, man was I embarrassed, fyi you need wifi for the lock to work
Can’t add user
App won’t allow me to add user. Email through website does not go through for support.
It’s a nice app...
Works well so far, I’ve it since yesterday. What I really would love to see though is an integration for the Apple Watch. I would like to be able to open the lock also with my watch that is always around my arm. I use the lock at the gym and my phone is then inside the locker, so for that reason I am not able to use that to open the lock. I was just thinking will the lock be able to open when I come back from swimming, jacuzzi and the shower to read my finger print. If not opening it with the watch would be perfect!
